  • Unit levels:
    Flying Ninja: irrelevant (speed combo)
Hayabusa: 30 (speed combo and backup critter)
Cat Researcher: 30 (fastest critter for Metal Hippoe)
    Manic Eraser: 50
Can Can: 50 + 8 (double bounty, level 9 attack, level 10 speed, attack/plus levels not too important as long as it's level 50 and has double bounty and movement speed maxed)
    Courier: 50
    Bullet Train: 50
    Yukimura: 50 (no talents)
    Saber Alter CC: 50
    Awakened Bahamut: 40
Since I need to wait for enemies to spawn, I use a speed-up combo instead of a money combo. The red and continuation stages are the only stages that benefit from the extra money, while every stage benefits from the speed combo. Hayabusa provides a backup for critting the Metal Hippoe at the last stage. Breakpoints and replacements for units are at the end of the description and in the comments.
Green: Get level 2 wallet, send Can Can asap, and spam Manic Erasers. When the Mooth dies, send Saber and Bahamut in that order (if you reverse the order, Bun Bun might hit Bahamut before Bahamut can land a hit). Then send Bullet Train when Bun Bun spawns so the Mooth won't move. Bahamut will knock back Bun Bun which lets Saber hit the other enemies, giving you cash to send Yukimura. If you're lucky, an Owlbrow will knockback Bahamut and Yukimura right after they hit the base.
Purple: Send Bullet Train at around 1350 cash. Then send Saber and one Manic Eraser. Send another Manic Eraser after the boss shockwave. Saber will give you cash for Bahamut which will then hit the Dark Otter. Start spamming Manic Erasers so the peons don't push later on. Saber will then give you enough cash to send Yukimura, which will snipe the Dark Otter and let Bahamut hit Bun Bun Black and Shadow Boxer K.
Red: Send Can Can asap and send out three Manic Erasers starting at 750 cash. Send Courier Cat on your second Manic Eraser. Send Bahamut right after the boss shockwave. After you send Bahamut, send one Manic Eraser, Courier Cat, and Bullet Train. You should barely have enough cash to send Yukimura after the peons die and can spam units from there.
Blue: Get level 2 wallet and send Bullet Train at around 1150 cash. Then send Bahamut and then Yukimura at a slight delay (Yukimura will hit the base first instead of Bahamut otherwise). Send your other units so the Kroxo that spawns won't block Bahamut and Yukimura.
Yellow: Send Can Can asap and then Bullet Train when the Heavenly Hippoe gets knocked back. Then send Bahamut. Depending on variance, Bahamut may or may not hit the Angelic Gory. Either way, send Yukimura at around 3150 cash so it can hit the Heavenly Hippoe (instead of whiffing like in the video) and spam your other units.
Jubilee: Send Can Can asap and then Manic Eraser. Send Bullet Train, Yukimura, Cat Researcher, and Saber. Start spamming all of your units and send Bahamut and then Hayabusa whenever you have the cash. Depending on your crit rng, you might clear the base before the Kory spawns.
    Breakpoints/Replacements/Alternative Timings
    - Can Can must be level 50 to one-shot the Mooth. If Can Can is below level 50 or doesn't have speed-up maxed out, replace Can Can with Fishman and send Fishman for the Mooth to one-shot it. Only send Manic Erasers at the start if you use Fishman since you need all the cash for Saber and Bahamut.
    - If Can Can has no double bounty or no max speed-up, for the red stage, send Bullet Train at the start and focus on spamming Couriers and Manic Erasers after you send Bahamut. You might want to consider replacing Can Can if it has no talents. If it only has double bounty, you can use it for the last stage. If it only has max speed up, you can use it for the green and yellow stage.
    - If Can Can is level 58 and has max attack talents, you can one-shot the Heavenly Hippoe from the yellow stage. You can send Bahamut immediately and then send Bullet Train during the boss shockwave to snipe the Gabriel so Bahamut can always hit the Angelic Gory and rebound. Only do this if Can Can has max attack, double bounty, and max speed.
    - If Bahamut is level 40, it can tank a Teacher Bun Bun and Owlbrow hit. This means you'll always get two rebound hits compared to level 30 only getting one rebound hit if Bun Bun hits Bahamut.
    - If you don't have Hayabusa, use a speed-up small combo instead.
    - If you don't have Cat Researcher, use Manic Lion instead to brute force the Metal Hippoe. Other critters are too unreliable from my experience.
    - If you don't have Yukimura, use Idi or Fishman instead. Assuming you have Saber, Yukimura is more of a bonus cause Saber carries the green and black stage with Bahamut.
    - If you don't have Saber, for the Green stage, send Hayabusa after the Mooth dies, wait for 5k cash, send Bahamut, and then Bullet Train after the boss shockwave. Keep spamming every unit and you should be fine since Courier and Hayabusa will deal with the Owlbrows.
    - If the above info doesn't help you, send a comment and I will personally help you to the best of my ability.

Edit as of December 31, 2023: Follow-up video: czcams.com/video/Z_be2N3esRc/video.html (mainly contains info about using Hayabusa, replacement suggestions, timing for Yukimura in the purple stage, and new optimizations for the yellow stage if your Can Can is level 58 or above with double bounty, max attack, and max speed)
Edit as of December 27, 2023: It turns out you can actually clear every stage without Saber! For the green stage, after the Mooth dies, send Hayabusa, wait for 5k cash, and then send Bahamut, followed by Bullet Train once the boss shockwave occurs. You need to make sure you send Courier Cat just before the Mooth dies. From there, if you keep spamming every unit, Hayabusa and Courier Cat will deal with the Owlbrows long enough. For the black stage, refer to the Yukimura timing I made under @duongpham7321's comment, but after Yukimura snipes the Shadow Boxer K, send Bahamut instead and spam your other units. This means if you have the other 9 units, your 10th unit can be ANY unit you want to use.
Speedrun for the no Saber loadout (if you want a reference): czcams.com/video/Jg23lOI16As/video.html
If your level cap is 50, you're recommended to use rusher ubers. If your level cap is 40, you're recommended to use long-range units. Non-uber units will not perform as well compared to ubers.
Alternatives for Saber (assuming you have every other unit in the lineup)
    Ubers
Summoner Satoru, Rabbit Satoru, Count Yukimura, Frostspirit Kai, type μ, Kalisa, Tropical Kalisa, Twinstars, Snow Angel Twinstars, Ganglion, The Peach Devils, Fire Squad Kachiyama, Kinrangers RoboForce, Oni Landshaker Kozuchimaru, Squirtgun Saki (requires Yukimura), Thunder Jack, Almighty Poseidon, Attack Battalion Convoys, Ninja Girl Tomoe, Strike Unit R.E.I., Hell Warden Emma, D’artanyan, D’arktanyan, Li'l Valkyrie, Li'l Valkyrie Dark, Phonoa, Dark Phono
    Collab Ubers
Cornelia CC, Madoka Kaname, Subaru Hoshi, Wondermaria, Chun-Li CC, Guile, Blanka, Ken CC, E. Honda CC, Sakura (Street Fighter), Vega
    Non-Ubers
Fishman, Soap Cat, Cats in a Box (should at least have massive damage + max attack), Idi:N2, Supercar Cat, Superfeline (true form), Manic Lion (combo unit), Rich Cat (combo unit), Maneki Cat (combo unit)
    Legend Rares
    Legeluga, Luminalia, Headmistress Jeanne
@duongpham7321's comment chain has visuals for Headmistress Jeanne, Count Yukimura, Phonoa, and D'arktanyan, as well as some Fishman usage if your Can Can isn't level 50 or doesn't have speed talents.

That was going to be my original plan but I realized it was not going to be worth all the time and effort when the time difference between using Saber and no Saber was around 5 seconds. I'm fine with doing loadouts for individual comments tho cause it'll be more productive

Metal Hippoe makes the last stage entirely dependent on how early it gets crit. Aku Researcher’s true form was the most consistent option I could find cause of its high movement + attack speed and cheap cost

Green and purple are the only stages where you need to change timing
Green: Same start as before, but after Can Can kills the Mooth, stop sending Manic Erasers. Send Jeanne, then Bahamut, then Bullet Train. Afterwards, you can spam your units again and when the other Mooth dies, send Yukimura. Bahamut may die earlier due to variance in Owlbrow spawns, which will lose you a few seconds.
Purple: Same start as before, but once Bullet Train hits the Doge Dark, spam Manic Erasers. As soon as the boss shockwave occurs (a bit after you send your 4th Manic Eraser), send Yukimura asap. Ideally, the Bullet Train snipes the Doge Dark, which gives you cash to send Jeanne. Immediately after, Yukimura will snipe the Shadow Boxer K, which should give you cash for Bahamut. You need a somewhat fast reaction time for sending Yukimura and sending Jeanne + Bahamut (to not waste cash) but it's not a big deal if you miss the snipe or delay Jeanne too long. Bahamut will be delayed until a peon can die again but it's like a few extra seconds you spend on that stage.
      Here are two sample videos
      - streamable.com/eek1e7 (Bahamut lives in green stage long enough, no Shadow Boxer K snipe)
      - streamable.com/cxfgtz (Bahamut dies in green stage early, Yuki snipes Shadow Boxer K)

@@yueyangtan7971 Replace Can Can with Fishman and replace Saber with Count Yukimura or Phono
Count Yukimura is faster but Phonoa is more consistent for the green stage
      Here's a video for Count Yukimura: streamable.com/rd8fd3
Phonoa is in the other reply
      With Count Yukimura
Green: Level 2 wallet, send Fishman and spam Manic Erasers. After Fishman kills the first Mooth, send Bahamut, wait a bit, then Immortal Yukimura. Ideally, Bahamut will hit Bun Bun and then Yukimura will hit the Mooth. You can then send Count Yukimura and hope you don't get too unlucky with Owlbrow attacks.
Purple: Same start as the original video, but spam manic erasers after you send Bullet Train. After the boss shockwave, immediately send Immortal Yukimura (refer to the previous comment for timing + reasoning). Send Bahamut from the cash you get from Bullet Train and send Count Yukimura from the cash you get from Immortal Yukimura.
Red: Send Bullet Train + Manic Erasers at 1000 cash. Send Courier Cats after your second Manic Eraser. After your 4th Manic Eraser, wait until you can send Bahamut, and then keep spamming Manic Erasers and Courier Cats. Whenever you have the cash, send Immortal Yukimura. After the Bore dies, send Count Yukimura.
Blue: Same as the original video.
Yellow: Send Fishman asap. When Fishman knocks back the Heavenly Hippoe (usually its second attack) and the Hippoe starts moving again, send Bullet Train. Then send Bahamut, Immortal Yukimura, and then your other Yukimura.
Continuation: Send Fishman + Manic Eraser and then Bullet Train. You can send Bahamut and then start spamming your units afterward.
