The sharks were definitely awesome! I really like the fox bookmark. It was a joy to stitch, no stress, super quick and easy. I plan to do some more. 😊
My goodness!!!! You really have been making the most amazing progress on your wips. Kevin’s Xmas present is so close to being finished already. Wow! And hey, I loved the elderberries on the herbalist sal. Were they French knots? So even sized!!! You really are a master at those.
Ooh, I didn’t realise that the Pusheen box had several patterns. Awesome!!!

The little elderberries are just crosses, not french knits. I thought about making them knots, but the pattern just called for crosses. Yes, I'm making progress. The Maine Coon should go even quicker since I've finished with the blends, and Kevin's present is turning out to be an easy stitch. I'm hoping the other Christmas ones are just as easy.
Of course I loved the bag! That fabric is amazing! If I could find it, I'd use it to make clothes! Lol Thank you again! ❤️

Oh Sherry, I am so sorry you have injured the ligaments in your ankle. Hope you heal without surgery. Will be leaving shortly to go get the keys for the new place, so relieved to be moving. Received the cremation package of Baby today. It was such an emotional moment again but the service was impeccable. The carved wooden box is beautiful and it has an engraved plate with Baby's name on it and her ashes are inside it. There is a key ring that has her paw print engraved on it and her birth date and death date on the back of it, a bookmark with the Rainbow Bridge story on it, and another card with a packet of wildflower seeds attached and a lovely poem printed on the front along with the cremation certificate. They came to the house and picked her up when she passed and returned all the above items to the house for a bit under $200. The name of the company is Paws in Paradise. They also do home euthanasia if needed, then provide the above services. There was also a more expensive plan and a less expensive plan. They are based out of Killeen in case anyone you know needs the service. Okay, time to get off of here. Hope you are doing better. Take care of yourself. Pets and kisses to your zoo! Dawn
Omg, I've lost so many pets over the years (we ALWAYS have fuzzy little babies) that hearing about Baby coming home to you brought tears to my eyes. I've heard of that company before, and it's always good things. Our vet (for the past forever many years) is always who handles our babies. They do similar with the lovely urns/boxes, a beautiful card with the Rainbow Bridge on it, etc. They also give us a little charm for each, whether dog or cat, and do a plaster casting of their paw for us. When we got our Athena (our sweet, sweet St. Bernard mix) back, the plaster cast had some mud streaks on it that had me crying uncontrollably. She absolutely LOVED romping through the mud from the time she was a baby. Anyway, it's always a comfort to have them back with you. How exciting that you may come to Houston!!! By all means, we'll figure out a way to get together. I might be limping a bit, but I can still walk! 😁 I'm hoping to finish the Sushi WIP in the next week, fingers crossed. 🤞I'm also hoping to get some sewing done (finally!), although I'm trying to be good and let my ankle heal. My theory is that sitting at my sewing machine still keeps me off my foot, right? 😁 Good luck moving! I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to hear all about your new place! ❤️
