I love that moment of happy fandom when she finds out that Jason Isbell likes her music. I don't think Julien has ever really wrapped her mind around the fact that she's a celebrity. And honestly? I hope she never does.

The ONLY thing that I would say is actually a "one healing thing" that is super helpful is going 100% vegan. You have to experience it yourself to know what I mean though.
It's not a cure-all to everything though, it just leads to a lot of health benefits and cognitive clarity - so her point is very valid about there not being any one thing that is a cure-for-all
