My father died from covid this past April. We watched terminator so many times when I was a kid, this rendition brings me to tears every time I listen as I remember my wonderful Dad.Thank you for this.

Summer 1991 I was sat in a cinema with my dad and when this theme played I looked at my dad and said “this is gonna be epic” and it was, never got that feeling again from the series after T2. Epic cover too

I have no doubt that anyone that listened to T2 theme immediately knew it was something special and this rendition makes it even better! There are some pieces of music that you can feel their timeless quality. Funnily enough, this piece of music does make you time-travel.

The beauty of this music is that it is a reflection of the films themselves. The Terminator, at the end of the day, is about the horrors of war. The music is a combination of hard, militaristic drums juxtaposed against sorrowful, tragic strings. It is both violence and sadness at the same time, just like the underlying message of the films themselves.

Ahh, if only I didn't see all stories on earth as back stories to the matrix; just sometimes parables. Not to mention how John Connor is akin to myself an my name. What I know of the world ; hopefully the past can be changed simply by me changing my thoughts. Other than that I see it as a story to be taken at face value. Soon the grid will be in place fully. No one seems to understand the grid more than i but I also understand there is no fate but what we make.

I love the symbology of the harsh and insistent drumming representing the machines (the obvious terminator drummer and the other 2 talents), and the perseverance and emotional endurance of humanity represented by the chelo and the violin; with varying notes between desperation and strength.
With the keyboard presenting the battlefield, space and time.
The void of emotional expression by the drummers, and the exhibition of emotion by the string players.
Beautifully performed, beautifully choreographed. Love it.

Remember watching this awesome movie with my brother when i was 7 yrs old...the music, the action sequences and the dialogue delivery by Arnold had put me in awe... The last scene when T 800 gives a thumbs up to John was really heartbreaking.. The concept of liquid metal terminator was was one of a king and only James cameron could have thought of such thing... My all time favourite sci fi movie... And my favourite dialogue.. "Hasta la Vista.,baby"....Those were the days.. U GUYS HAVE Actually made it better than the original and i literally got goosebumps when I listened to it.. All the best for future projects

I absolutely adore this, and the way the three drummers are all terminators is just EPIC, the mechanical synchronized playing is just eyrie and utterly perfect, staring straight ahead, total commitment to character, you could almost assume there were terminators from the battlefield, reconditioned and set basic tasks... ^_^

Silver Stacker yup very good vibes felt while listening to this. The musicians also seem to be on a wonderful musical level themselves. All except for the Terminator dude. He looks pissed off.
This entire composition is so bittersweet especially given the movie's ending that it remains my most favourite part of movie music forever! Thank you for making it that much more melismatic.....you added something tangible and didn't just ride the gravy train of slight remixe this piece has inspired and wrought over the years.....someday, when I die, I want this to be played at my funeral when my pyre is lit. It's only appropriate given what it means to me. Kudos for your interpretation! I loved it!

Hehe, I love how the drummers might as well be terminators themselves. Staring straight ahead, no emotion, no wasted movement, it's almost eerie watching them. Very good cover, thank you.

I think Sarah's vo had a point humans can do better with life if we thihk about it this movies story is about life and if you miss use that power your creations will turn on you ahd see you as a threat so I thihk skynet was so mad his creations were using him as a weapon he wanted to show us what's it's like to be mis treated.

Anyway, I am a human being and I don't think this image of supreme evil on Earth can fit to me. Be human means something totally positive but these years lot of people, seemingly without any kind of thinking, just repeating what the most people say, claim that the human being isn't a creature which can be loved in any way. Fuck this, if you knew me (and I belong to humankind) you could see that I am someone who does his best to love things for what they are and not hate an entire kind because of abuses and actions of violence from a shard and not the whole. One thing that bothers me the most is that people claiming human beings are evil, not move by logic, blablabla... speak as if they weren't human themselves. Yes, human beings can do the worst things but it's too easy to look elsewhere when indeed other human beings prove that we as well can do the best and most beautiful things. And it's not a dream. The world become more and more insane as time pass because of this kind of claim: human beings are evil and viciously suggesting that we're by nature unable to do what is good and right. Just a way to say "That's why I'm doing nothing but spitting on my own brothers, my own sisters, my own entire kind. Too lazy to do anything else." So yes, not only we can, but as well we could and we should learn the value of life! IRL all terminators are played by human beings didn't you know? The logic is one of these things which can define the human spirit. A whole half of our brain is dedicated to it!
