Pretty nice but here are a few tips.
1. You should get to 2x luck anyways even if it does not double the heavenly luck it does double the other effect's luck.
2. If you go for a global I recommend using fortune III instead of fortune I.
3. For even a higher chance to get a 1 in 100 mil aura use universe potion as your chances for garganuta and radiant will be much higher with garganuta being 430M and Radiant being 10M
