Anton my comment about the parkour for Magnus is valid for you also. Climbing is very important for Ninja Warrior but dont overlook parkour. Please reach out Storror for some interesting colabs.

Yo Magnus, Nice video as always. As a trampoline coach / athlete myself I can confirm what Anton said; the tighter you are when entering the trampoline, the more force you get back from it. In the video you often tried jumping like on the ground with bent knees, however that does the opposite of what you want, it just kicks you forward and you lose all the height. If you ever come around to germany and want a "professional" coaching session for trampolining let me know. There are certainly a bunch of places in germany with amazing coaches that would definitely enjoy teaching you some basics. Unfortunately I don't knopw the people in Norway, else I would happily forward you to them. Greetings from germany :)

I started watching your channel because of you two guys, you are really inspiring and have a very positive attitude towards challenges. Having this mindset helps me during powerlifting competitions and also during difficult GYM sessions. Loved your story about the competition Magnus. Keep it up, great video!
I feel like I want to keep making multiple comments as I watch. I love the commentary about nerves in a competition. It's true, how the amygdala puts you into fight, making you think it is the end of the world if you mess up. But it really isn't that important. I love that you think about being at a crag with friends afterward. What a great way to keep things in perspective!

I think the main thing that Magnus could have done to help his trampoline bounce would have been to do what Anton did and skip the last black block. If you want to carry the speed and power of your run into your bounce you want your last step to be as long as possible. It also makes it a lot easier to stand up (or even be leaning slightly back) on your take off. I wish my area had such a cool place.
Definitely inspired to train harder! I've progressed from no fingerboard in February to 10s on a 10mm ledge with 15# added. I would not own a fingerboard or have a routine without your videos.
You guys make such a good pair, you could have your own channel together where you train each other in your individual disciplines and it would do really well.

I always thought it was stupid how NBC keeps showing scenes from Seattle when those episodes were actually filmed in Tacoma lol.
