Definitely gonna try the soda version. Never thought about mixing sparkling stuff with matcha.
I noticed that the whisk was a looking like it was brand-new. I would recommend soaking the whisk in hot water to expand the bamboo. By doing so, you can mix your drink better.

Matcha lemonade is a staff favorite at my job, but matcha sodas have been my hot weather go to. A splash of heavy cream and vanilla and you have an excellent cream soda
