Yes, his love is everlasting and everywhere. “Nothing will hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain, for as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the Lord.”
      ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭11‬:‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬
I hope and pray that everyone in this world will be united under God and feel his love. God Bless.

I saw the kindness of the Lord in today's reading - In Isaiah 10:24-27 He gives the people warning of what is to come, tells them to not be afraid and promises that He will deliver them. Jesus gave this same warning in John 16:33: "In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world". Such a wonderful promise for us - yes, trouble will come (sometimes as a result of our sin, sometimes as a result of the fall), but Christ, our Deliverer, has already overcome!

What a complex God we have: relentless, restorative, peaceful yet warlike with His ax swinging in retribution (Is 10:15), using the terrors of war to accomplish His ends (Is 9:20-21) yet comforting (Is 12:1-2: “I will praise You, O Lord! You were angry with me, but not anymore. Now, You comfort me.”) Jesus, the Branch of David (Is 11:1) will inaugurate the day when “the wolf and the lamb live together, the leopard will lie down with the baby goat, the calf and the yearling will be safe with the lion, and a little child will lead them all” (Is 11:6). And what I saw that’s new for me is that Isaiah makes it clear that that day is brought about in Jesus’ second coming (Is 11:11-12: “the Lord will reach out His hand a second time to bring back the remnant of His people”…”gathering the scattered people of Judah from the ends of the earth”). That is when “as the waters fill the sea, so the earth will be filled with people who know the Lord” (Is 11:9), and all will know Him in the complexity of His rich, loving, powerful, and hopeful character.

My God shot today comes from the second part of Isaiah 9:6, “ and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” God is telling us that he will send his son who will be one with great wisdom and leadership, deity, and one in an unceasingly, tender, loving relationship with his people who will bring us a rich, harmonious life (paraphrased from my study Bible commentary). This just strikes me that not only does God want to be in a relationship with us for His benefit, but also for ours. He wants us live under a King who displays great wisdom and leadership who makes us children of the One True God. He wants us to know that we are loved tenderly and for us to enjoy a rich, harmonious life, and as verse 7 says, “…there will be no end.” He wants this for us for all of eternity! How loved we truly are ♥️

Each one of us who accepts Jesus will praise and thank Him for saving us, for turning His anger away from us. One at a time. I praise Him. I thank Him. My comforter and salvation. Hallelujah.
“You will say in that day: “I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me. “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.””

    Day 194
The Northern Kingdom of Israel is falling apart and the southern kingdom of Judah is still coming along.
    King Uzziah has just died.
    His son Jotham becomes king.
I chuckled when I read that he did not try to burn incense in the temple like his father did. He wanted no part in leprosy judgement.
    Jotham is a good king!
He became mighty because he ordered his ways before the Lord his God.
After Jotham dies his son Ahaz takes the throne. He is not a good king.
In Isaiah we see a prophecy of Jesus.
When Isaiah prophecies about a new king, a mighty God, the people were not sure what to expect.
In the meantime the wrath of God is coming for the wicked in Israel. Just because they are part of the kingdom of Israel does not mean they are a part of the kingdom of God.
God’s family consist of people with new hearts, regardless of their heritage.
It has always been about relationship with God.
Of those who oppose God He will make a complete end. Those who remain are the remnant.
God knows the heart of every single person and He can be trusted.
God has a rescue plan in place for His people.
In Isaiah 11 we see a prophecy of one who will usher in peace.
The people are looking for a king. But instead God is going to give them something so much better, an eternal Savior.
In Isaiah 9 we see the wrath of God. Sin has to be punished. My sin has to be punished. Yet the only person who deserved zero wrath stepped in and paid all we owe.
We don’t ever have to face God’s wrath.
Jesus took all of my punishment.
That kind of act is love inducing!
Oh how He is worth loving and trusting!!

What a glorious day the Day of the Lord will be! Even though God is going to punish Israel, he promises that He will preserve a remnant to return home. The righteous branch of Jesse that is spoken of in Isaiah 11 is our Savior Christ Jesus. The burden of our sins was placed on His shoulders. He will reign and rule the earth as our Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9: 6). Praise His holy name!

‭We are not perfect, but God knows our hearts. God keep my heart beating for You, and You above all else I know in this life.
"In that day you will say: “I will praise you, Lord. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”'
    Isaiah 12:1-2 NIV‬
God knows all people's hearts. He promised to destroy completely.... He destroyed those who's hearts were cold and turned away from Him. And He also preserved a remnant, a few who's hearts were turned towards God. Both are true and both prophecies were fulfilled. God is good and Gods Will continues to be fulfilled.
God tells us what to do and what He will do if we do not obey. He is a loving Father. He gives us perfect instruction and the perfect example of how to be.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.
    Isaiah 9:6‭-‬7
Nothing will remain but to cringe among the captives or fall among the slain. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised. In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the Lord, the Holy One of Israel. A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God.
    Isaiah 10:4‭, ‬20‭-‬21
In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his resting place will be glorious. In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the Mediterranean. He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.

You mention products you sell, are the products made ethically, free trade, or in your area. Do you happen to know who makes the products.
In light of forced labour and child labour in these days, it is right to know this and ask those uncomfortable questions.
It is not meant to insult or cause confusion but it would be helpful to know how these products are made and where they are made?
