    Using three fingers, I found the pocket below the hip joint and massaged. Within 10 seconds I could feel my muscles relax for the first time in weeks! Time to strengthen internal rotation muscles to prevent future compensation

    How do you know if it releases?
    Someone told me that the pain I’m feeling on the outside of my knee - IT band - is probably because of the TFL. I don’t feel pain in the TFL. Is this accurate?

      So I'm actually dealing with IT band pain (which is random, sometimes its sore, sometimes its not). I got scans and it was comfirmed, but when I went to a specialist, he said it's because of TFL, so I'm working on releasing the muscle

      Look up myofascial release massage technique take a hot bath then perform helps my arms so much I learned it in massage school

    Do you see this commonly with bowlers? I’ve been having a lot of hip pain during bowling.
