RECIPE:
Manhattan Clam Chowder
Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large Spanish onion, chopped
1 1/2 celery stalks, chopped
7 cloves garlic, minced
Pinch crushed red pepper
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 sprigs parsley
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
1 large waxy-style potato (about 3/4 pound), diced
5 cups clam juice (five 8-ounce bottles clam juice)
One 28-ounce can whole, peeled tomatoes (with liquid), roughly chopped
1-1/2 cups minced clams, drained (about four 6-1/2 ounce cans)
1 tablespoon kosher salt or to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1.Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, garlic, and crushed red pepper and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 8 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute more. Tie the parsley sprigs, fresh thyme, and bay leaf together with a piece of kitchen twine and add to the pot with the potatoes. Pour in the clam juice and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, covered, until the potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and clams. Cover and bring to a low simmer. Season with pepper to taste. Divide among warm soup bowls and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve immediately.

Stephanie from Full house....this is pretty huge. Full House is one of the many predecessors of the modern family shows. Especially since it started at the top of the 90s when Michelle was literally a baby. Stephanie in the tv universe would be a more seasoned, big sister figure to Ren. However Ren probably has more in common with DJ. Stephanie is more of a Louis type 😂. This is such a surprising guest star. Jodie Sweetin is really a big part of my childhood growing up in the 90s.

At 4:42, I lost it lol. I'm assuming Jodie was referring to her previous drug addiction issue. Being able to laugh at your flaws, shortcomings, past mistakes, etc as well as learning from them shows a lot of maturity and overall good character. I don't know much about cooking, but you two were a huge part of my childhood so I really enjoyed this video.

Jodie was always my favourite on Full House. Stephanie was my favourite character and I loved Jodie as an actor. As a kid I used to look her up every few years to see if she got back into acting at all. Just a few months ago I bought her memoire unSweetined and I'm in the middle of reading it now. It's great! She's such a beautiful human and seems to care deeply about the people she has hurt in the past, and seems dedicated to taking care of herself and her family.
Jodie, I hope you have all the love and support you need in this world and that you're making it through the rough times.

If she comes on, please ask her if the wardrobe on Sabrina came from her closet, if she ever crushed on the actor who played Harvey, and what her fitness routine was during the show. Please, also ask about those minor character essences that Sabrina had. For example, the way she smoothly talked to men and didn’t go around being boy crazy or like a hyperactive teen girl. Did she add that essence to the character?
