Leather Lacing demo: "The Buckstitch"

This is a video showing a demo of the buckstitch as used in leather lacing. It can be used to combine edges as well as to cover raw edges. It can be a nice accent to any piece and the time spent is well worth it.

two questions. 1- could you possibly do a video on how to do cactus lacing? 2- i can't seem to find a decent vid on how to properly "end" a simple single or double loop lacing. all the vids i've found don't clearly demonstrate how to finish the job. could you possibly make one? thank you

I haven't seen cactus lacing but I will research it. The way to end the lacing is to simply put the end of the lace between the two layers when you are on your last stitch. Thanks for watching
