My all time favorite sent is nag champa. I can smell that anywhere and cant leave until I find it and buy a box. It's helps me relax after a long night at work.
Rose: increase love n peace.
Dragon blood: drive away evil n negativity; uplifts moods.
Brand moods: Romantic moments, patchouli, roses, jasmine, musk.
Rosemary: fresh floral scent; prevents nightmare, good dreams, involves w/ being creative.
Jasmine: luxury scent, very rich strong, increase inner beauty, uplifting, self confidence, induce prophetic dreams.
Dragons eye: tranquility, calming, soothing, warming, inviting.

I started lighting incense everyday and now I noticed when I don’t light it for a while I get really depressed 😭 it’s definitely calming and something to look forward to.

I love sage incense to purify the air and remove negativity, Jasmine to attract positivity and money, lavender for beauty and increase love energy. All 3 have a calming effect and smell really good. . I get them from my local Indian store as well

My “first time” happened while rose incense was burning. He liked burning it for some reason and can I say watching it is so nice. It’s so aesthetic and makes you feel so mellow. I love it so much 😍
I love lighting insense I use it during Hindu prayers. Also before and after people come to my home to reset the energies as a cleanse. It makes the home feel very light and airy. Some of my favourites are Parampara Masala Bathi, Hem jasmine & rose, patchouli & sandalwood
I also love using incense as an aroma therapy, it can be so healing. But I wanted to warm you against buying cheap incense sticks, they are often made using cheap materials like chemicals and synthetic oils that can be super harmful to you when burned, I would really recommend trying to buy from a reliable source that tells you exactly what it's made from. Thank you for this video, very helpful for the uses of each scent!
I would argue the HEM makes the absolute BEST incense sticks.

Thanks for the vedio. I light mine when I need to pray and clear negative energy lingering around my shoulders. I beleive they are also used in attracting a higher source or angels. Apperently angels are drawn to essences.
cheap incense could be harmful, you don't know what they put in it, keep to the more expensive sticks as they are checked more than the cheap stuff.
Agree I'm not an expert on incense but I'm sure there are lots of incense makers that cut corners to use a cheaper product that may not be the best to be inhaling

I cant lie. But my room is filled with incense collections. Literally like a store. I light it everyday everymoment. Whenever i see an incense shop i would literally get a whole bunch of different scent. My newest favourite one that i just encountered few days ago are Amber rose by flute and Lily from the valley by hem. Whenever i feel scared at night like having a bad energy il burn Palo Santo and Myrrh with Against evil. Strong masculine scent altogether but it made me feel alot better and stronger. 100% fan of incense and its spiritual meaning. Hands down. Thank you for the video!

I myself am ADDICTED to incense 😌😌😌a lot of the scents you used I love especially the rose 🌹 Jasmine 🌼 but I also love Vanilla because it's so warm, soft and sensual 🌺 also I love tobacco 🌿 it's earthy and herbal. Incense is very calming for me and adds an otherworldly feel🔮 to the atmosphere ✨

I love love love Hem brand incense! My favorite scent is Hem Moon and Hem Patchouli. I light Moon during meditation and it helps me to feel connected with the universe. I light Patchouli every morning as I prep for the day. I also love Rose, Sandalwood and Frankincense by Hem. And yes you are very beautiful!!

I buy the HEM brand in cinnamon because I love the smell of cinnamon. I also buy the Money House Blessing ones they are really great for money.

My opinion on burning incense has changed however, cause they say that burning bamboo sticks(incense) is bad luck because the burning of bamboo is considered very bad luck.

OMG, girl when you pulled that dragons blood one. I have the same one. and that sandalwood one, my mom was getting incense for me and I told her to get this brand bc they didn't have sandalwood in the other brand at Walmart.

There’s a crystal/spiritual/tarot cards/ect/idk what to call it shop near me and they make their own incense and essential oils. They always make the nicest scents so totally look to see if any local shops make their own incense

I like eternal treasures from shoyeido. I just got addicted to incence in the last month,, i used to not like it because it wasnt the right brand, it would be toxic.. Well ive found some amazing natural stuff now.. I love it.. It calms me, it just mellows the house. I just love scents, fragrances and other scents.

My favorites are frankincense &Myrrh..Sage both white and green for cleansing and prosperity,protection! But although mine are bundled or organic pieces that I burn,because of allergies some stick incense may give me an headache because of some of the chemicals they use in the process are to strong for me! In buying from the $1 store or Walmart I wondered if they are natural and beneficial or would they be fake and chemical? I want to lean toward the healthy and pure so I have avoided some sources. Whilst incense helps, it's really the power of your mind which can reduce stress & negativity - listen to your breathing for a few minutes, and tell yourself out loud how positive you are. After a while (and it could take many months) you will begin to feel better. "All that we are, is the result of what we have thought". Best of luck :)

Same here when I burn incense my room feels purified . I feel safe . Last night when I was meditating I burnt the lotus 🪷 incense and after I meditate and went to bed my body feels trembling for few minutes like I’m releasing the tension and stress in my body. I don’t know if it’s chakra or the effect of the Lotus in my body . I love incense too .I-like collecting it now .

I love burning wet incense, candles, oils and diffusers its soothing to the mind. My favorites are the vanilla and pumpkin, people will walk in my home and just love the smell and the calming effect it gives them...🌞

Amber: protect from bad energy, happiness, illuminates negativity from the mind, protection, spelling, evil, bad thoughts.
Shiva: god of destruction, uncontrolled mind (losing control of the mind) can lead to a chaotic life; sandalwood, Amber, smell like Egypt musk (musky), Amber too.

Love this! I'm a huge fan of incense myself. I always have a stick or 2 burning. Very fond of White Sage in the morning followed by a richer woodier smell in the afternoon like Sandalwood or a Frankincense/Myrrh mix. It really helps to turn your personal space into a more of a sacred one. I do love some Jasmine at times though. I have a nice Arabian bakhoor that I also love. Really sets the mood after a long day.
