I would cry with joy if the Jugdral series gets remade, I can't imagine how great some songs would sound!
and also FE4 would really benefit from gameplay adjustments to make it less tedious. It is a very good game, but it could be awesome.
@@geraq0 True. They need to split the chapters up into smaller ones, or maybe even have each captured castle act like a home base or even a dungeon like in Echoes. That'd be nice. You could view supports, base convos, and buy, sell, and repair weapons.

The chapters dont need to be smaller, literally the only problem with the large chapters is non high movement characters lagging behind to much and the ocasional units walking around open space for a few turns which people seem to hate in Echoes when it happens but never bash fe4 for. You can literally save at the start of every turn and if any quality of life changes could be added like an auto save that would be nice but people act like big maps mean they have to treat every single second of it as one big 4 hour+ playthrough when it doesnt have to be like that. Adding Echoes dungeons into bases would be dumb and make things more tedious especially since Fe4 is already a relatively easy game with characters like Sigurd so grinding would just be to much effort unless you just really like op characters (Which Arena is already plenty useful for but I guess dungeons would be a bit more fun), also you literally can use the pawn shop and blacksmith in enemy bases (Or atleast the blacksmith, im kinda blanking on if the pawnshop is available). The low movement problem can be pretty easily sorted by handing out 1 or maybe 2 more leg rings so you could sort out a whole 2 or 3 foot units of your choice instead of just 1 which I usually end up giving to Sigurd cause Selith starts out on foot and Ced doesnt join until chapter 8.

The whole point of "Arena" is for foot units to catch up with mounted units, as they don't see much actions outside of arena fights. Sure, it looks fun traversing a giant map as a lone mage/myrmidon/armour knight at first, but that novelty quickly fades half way through Verdane Forest. So, adding alternatives to use your favourite foot units outside of regular combat isn't a bad idea. Another way to reduce the stress of managing the foot units for new players is to introduce a new character that functions similar to BB's Merlinus, except the unit serves as a field transport who can ferry the foot units great distances (8~10 tiles) across the map; maybe 2~3 units max. Adding extra "leg rings" is nice, but that would make cavalries less special (i.e. making Alec and Midir more of a liability, rather frontline assets). "Pawnshop" and "Personal Wealth" will definitely be removed; they're made obsolete by the "trade" command. It does take away the fun of micro-managing resources between chapters for die-hard fans, though.

I knew that Sigurd would die from the start but I didn't think my whole army would die as well XD
my first was berserk's eclipse, next the end of jojo part 1 and next was... chapter 5 in FE4. this period was really something.
@@noivern2315 No matter how much you know it, there's a certain impact of that scene that nothing can change. One of the most well-executed plot twists of gaming imo, even though it was rather obnoxious of Sigurd to trust Arvis so readily.
This rendition of Lionheart Eldigan feels more traditionally Japanese. A very good composition.

@-lord1754 Obviously it sold more than a lot of games in the series but compared to, say, fates? 3h? hell even engage? It's the worst-selling game since before awakening which mind you was the game that saved the entire series bc of how poorly every other prior game sold? And if you think Nintendo esp in the past 8 or so years but just generally is driven by anything except what makes money, idk what to tell you. If they remake fe4, there's no reason why they would make it in the style of the worst selling game of the past decade as opposed to any of the other ones.
@-lord1754 Nintendo does not give a fuck about how amazing of a remake Echoes was. Nintendo cares about money, which is already a big question because of how controversial the subject matter of fe4 is and how a lot of people will be mad if they change it AND if they don't. I have no faith that they'll give it the treatment that echoes got when echoes was the worst-selling of the decade, especially because Nintendo has repeatedly shown no critical thought in analyzing Why any given product "fails". I would Love to be proven wrong, I adore fe4, but you have to be really damn optimistic to seriously believe this won't impact how they go about it.

I actually kinda prefer the in game Final Holy War just because I feel like it slows down unnecessarily in a lot of places and loses the energy of the original
@BitterOrange Nothing pointless about it. An arrange, orchestration, remix, or any kind of homage to an original song is bound to it.
As long as it's not taken as a substitute of the original, everyone can have its preferred version. It is the same song from the same game after all.
Indeed there may be preferences for either.
One shouldn't replace one over another, since they both account for different audiences.
The original ofc has the benefit of interactivity, whereas the orchestration is for those listening to the music itself without necessarily having any references of where or when it's played.

Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War is getting music representation in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, specifically a remix of “End of Despair.” I believe it deserves Fighter representation. Sigurd and Seliph would fight too similarly to Marth or Ike. Their sword the Tyrfing looks too similar to Marth’s Falchion, especially in Fire Emblem Heroes. The popularity of the Myrmidon/Swordmaster class and the addition of the Killing Edge, which is usually pre-equipped by a member of that class, as an item in Smash Ultimate warrants to have Ayra represent the game instead.
Arvis could have been a Fighter in Smash, as the song “End of Despair”, as a mage representative is untouched territory.
If Sigurd rode on a horse while fighting,
I assume it'd be the first Fire Emblem character most would find reasonable to be in Smash.

If anybody from Genealogy should be put in Smash, I think Arvis is the best. He’s perhaps the most important character in the story, and would give Smash Bros. some much needed non-sword users and villain representation.

I never played this game but the soundtrack touches me more than some of the titles I have played. That said, is this the title where Troubadours can miss heals? If so, is this the same title where Troubadours can wield blades and have access to canto? Isn’t canto different in this game. I definitely gotta try this title out.
Actually staffs can't miss AT ALL in Genealogy, even ones like Sleep and Silence. What you're thinking of there is Thracia, the game that came right after.
Troubadors DO get swords and Canto though. In fact, this game's Canto is better than in the Tellius games, as you can even enter towns after a round of combat. I'm not done with the game yet, but its been a great time. Very different from all the later games.
I haven't played Thracia 776 but I couldn't find these songs in its OST, so why does the title say Genealogy and Thracia?
Level Up The last song "Ending Ballad" is the only Thracia 776 song used here. The rest are Genealogy songs. It's kind of strange and unfortune they just included one song in this section of the concert.

@@TheJemTeam Probably just hard to write them out in context after the genealogy pieces. It's true that a lot of folks lump these games together cuz they're in the same universe while the two games couldn't be more different in feel.
