There's something weird in MD though: Astrograph's "destroyed card" memory is reset after Pendulum Summon. Which means we can't Search that Igknight from Isolde after destroying Sprind, because there's a Pendulum Summon after we destroyed that Igknight. XD
@@GoriCHAD Yeah, it won't let you add an ignis phoenix because we summoned it back out but it does let you add a copy of the igknight you grabbed with isolde's first effect.
Wow much better than mine because it runs less garnets. More ED heavy, which means better consistency. Copying Crystal Rose with Starving Venom is pure genius. :D
Thank you, I spent so long searching for a way to copy lapis lazuli directly with starving venom, copying crystal rose was basically an accident. There is also a very cheap standard banlist FTK with this concept as well using far less ED space, you can overlay 2 4s into gem-knight pearl then verte can send absorb fusion while adding lapis, you can then copy lazuli directly with starving venom.
@@GoriCHADThat verte line was my original plan for this deck but wanted to see if it was possible without hard garnets and arrived at this. Gallant granite would set up absorb fusion as well but the idea of gem-knight pearl actually being used in an FTK is too funny.
@@Ailtir Haha yeah, the Granite line is indeed better because it allows 1 safety buffer just in case we draw both both Absorb Fusion and Lapis. Sure, we're running 1 extra garnet, but we can't Link off Pearl into anything, while Granite + Electrumite = Verte. It's not hard to do it with Pearl though, just 1 extra monster for Pendulum Summon or anything for Electrumite's pop. :D

Oh never mind, it will only reset if we Pendulum Summon that monster, it'll be fine because it stays in the ED after we destroyed it. :D

Oh wow, Verte with Absorb Fusion seems nice, it basically bypass its limitation just like Branded Fusion, nice one. :D
