How to play Eat My Dust! (EMD) - a David Grisman tune - Mandolin Lesson (Advanced)

This is a lesson for advanced mandolin players on how to play David Grisman's great session tune 'EMD' .... also known as Eat My Dust! With a name like that, you can probably guess that this tune will be played fast. We'll start with a look at the melody, use the metronome to speed it up to around 180 bpm and then talk about how you can go about improvising over the tune.

David slides up to the A from the G on the D pair. Also; fourth finger for the Bb and A in the first line, facilitating the E and D notes that follow the Bb in that sequence. I just read that back..hmmm - I hope it's clear!
