I think Joe was justified in killing Ron, Henderson and Jasper.
Also Joe has overall been good to Paco. If it weren't for Joe Paco would either be separated from his mother or abused by Ron for the rest of his childhood.
You can't blame Joe for Delilah's death as Love was the one that murdered her. Or Forty's either, that was just bad luck. Also if it weren't for Joe Ellie would have been raped by Henderson, he didn't ruin her life.
On the other hand you forgot about the fact Joe tried to murder Forty twice. While I believe he tried to put away his murderous side this season I think his fear of the consequences of Forty knowing he murdered Beck and his anger at Beck for rejecting him got in his way.
He's a really great actor you can see the personality split in most of these scenes really prominently.
I never justify him of being a psychopath but i never want him to get caught either. Infact feel relieved when he covers his deed up.

Unpopular opinion: Joe was justified in killing Ron, Jasper and Henderson.
Ron severely abused Claudia to the point of once giving her a concussion and sending her to hospital. Claudia explained to Joe when he visited her in the hospital that she could not leave Ron because he was a probation officer and could see to it that Paco was removed from her custody regardless of whether or not he should have been. She couldn't leave Ron because then she would be seperated from Paco. Joe only did what needed to be done to save Claudia from her abuser.
Jasper was going to kill Joe. That was self defense.
Henderson was a serial rapist and it was highly unlikely he would be put into prison due to his wealth. Joe only did what needed to be done to prevent anymore rape victims from Henderson. EDIT: Upon thinking about it while I still believe Joe's kill of Henderson is justified I believe the reasoning I initially presented was flawed. Joe was trying to torture Henderson into confessing to his rapes on recording so he could publish it online and have Henderson apprehended. Henderson tried to escape, this could not happen for if it did the apprehension would fail and Henderson: a child rapist, would have remained free in society. Joe's intention was good: to prevent Henderson's escape, the death was unfortunate but Joe was only doing what he had to do, it just so happened that by doing so Henderson tragically died.
That being said what he did to Elijah, Benji, Peach, and Beck was not just immoral but evil. So Joe can still choke on a bag of dicks.

I actually like the character. Exclude the psychotic stalker part, but how observant and smart he is. Although I am aware that he is just a written character. But if he's a real life person and I admire him, that's the problem.

The only unrealistic thing about this show is that he's somehow such a good fighter. The amount of times he overpowers people who would realistically be much stronger than him is kinda unrealistic and adds to this scary super-human weirdness to him. Also his ability to recover from gunshots/head injuries etc yet everyone else he kills dies so easily and seems so fragile.

Ron was a corrupt parole officer who threatened Claudia (Paco's mom) that he would report her former drug addiction to CPS and get Paco taken away from her if she left him and would beat her up frequently in the relationship to the point of once giving her a concussion, so his death was the only way out for Paco and Claudia. Jasper was self defence. He was going to kill Joe, he had every right to defend himself. Also Joe's step father he killed as a kid when he was brutally beating his mother. The step father shouldn't have died, but I don't think a child would know how to handle that kind of situation when they get ahold of a gun while watching the violent assault.

I always wondered why Joe never mentions Elijahâs murder in season 2 when he lists them.... does he legitimately forget or did the writers just not include it cuz 1. Elijah was on screen for like 3 mins, 2. His name made the dialogue longer or 3. They actually forgot themselves lol??

We notice that he also loves the other people he dates but doesn't stalk, it just shows his obsession with them is too much for his happy ordinary relationships.
When I started watching this I came in the middle of the show and the first thing I saw was him kill the famous guy and I was like oh okay heâs not a murderer he kills on accident and it leads to a chain of deaths, then nope I found out heâs just out here killing

Through Joe's life he has murdered 4 innocent people and 4 bad people. He is a creep with issues but deep down he has a heart that seeks to protect and be protected in a way. I hope he can truly change for the better and finally love himself or run into someone who can love him in a healthy way.

Okay let me sort this out chronologically: shot his own dad, killed Candace's lover, technically "killed" Candace, killed Benji, Peach, Ron, Beck, Jasper, Henderson.
And he had his own excuses for killing all those people smh. This is gonna be a vicious cycle.
Letâs be honest, Ron deserved it. Henderson was a nonce. Joeâs dad was abusive. Benji was a bit of a dickhead. Peach was annoying. Jasper cut his finger off, and it was self-defence. When you think about it a lot of his kills were either deserved or a little too far but not completely wrong

His first kill had me dying of laughter. While 2 randoms are walking up on him in the wood, he starts going off n Beck, finally lights benjis fire, and just calmly says "HI THERE!" to the couple walking by. Then he actually asks the couple if they would like to join him at the bon fire.... where hes literlaly burning an entire human body. I rewatched it 50 times, and laughed harder and harder each time.
The entire show was literally just me liking joe then disliking him then liking him and disliking him and this pattern repeated several times
