Wait…there was music and food in this video? On a serious…no really, was there? Am sure those ribs tasted good but the tug off the bone was ridiculous and shows they were truly undercooked and not tender. Great smashing of another challenge, Leah. Always love the grace by which you murder the food. 🥂
@@MrIrrelevanT021 they weren't under-cooked. They didn't slit the SilverSkin enough on the underside. You can tell they weren't undercooked because the fatcap slipped right off.
@@ChR1St0p4eR I never take the membrane off my ribs and the meat ALWAYS falls off the bone. Just my $.02.
