Anyone Can Make This Super Easy Blueberry Cream Cake

ingredients:
sponge cake:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp vanilla
salt to taste
Simple syrup:
water
sugar
1:1 ratio
filling:
heavy cream
blue berry jam (homemade or store bought)
Cake pan size 6 inch
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350F oven
