- Joe pounds a #noodle #mukbang in today's vlog! Although his noodles are the star of the show, he has some nice co-stars as well, including oka and poke for some raw fish options along with mini spring rolls and good old buttered bread. He washes it all down with a tasty niu (young coconut) locally grown in #Samoa.

We’re salivating over here looking at that oka & poke!! You gotta try the spicy oka from Trees Fish Market in Vaiusu, it’s always our first stop when coming home #breakdamouf goooood & only $5, but you gotta get there early as they’re always sold out before 10am.
That oka and poke is delicious!! I watched it again today and wanted to get some more. Have to hold back, haha! Definitely gonna try Trees Fish Market. Just gotta find out where Vaiusu is, haha!

Most Samoans love eating noodles. I'm saying this cos we love eating noodles as well. But my favorite is oka, taro, luau, fish and pork, faia'i elegi, faia'i pusi, vaisū, and so many other delicious Samoan foods. Nothing can beat our island taste and I'm having an appetite right now.

I love eating dry noodles lol here in NZ I eat the Mi goreng (blue packet) its also popular in the states. But if I were to eat the Saimigi with suavai (broth or soup) I'll eat the Infamous chicken flav YumYums lol y'all find both these brands at Frankie's if u wanna try them. Samoan food is always so delicious in Samoa because the ingredients such as pe'epe'e or fish is as fresh and very organic. I miss Samoan food and giu. Grew up eating Saimigi and it is also a missionary budget friendly stable 😁.
Maybe do all your favourite Samoan snacks the next mukbang i.e kekepuaa, kekesaiga, banana, breadfruit and kalo chips etc. with the kids. It'll be awesome

That’s MiGoReng noodles. You eat them dry. I used to eat them with water but my Chinese said don’t eat them with water. You eat them dry. There are noodles you eat with water but migoreng is better dry

JAMily TV are you serious you never seen people there eat oka with kalo? Oka and poke go hand in hand with kalo. Kalo first always if no Kalo then ulu is next best if no ulu taamu is next best if no taamu then yams and tapioka are the next best. The last best is green bananas. I’ve seen people and Hawaiians eat it with rice. It just doesn’t match. I guess Samoans are becoming Americanized 😂
