    Hope you all are doing amazing Alhamdulillah, in todays video I share a phenomenal widely loved and used spice by meat and fish lovers called YAAJI /SUYA SPICE 🌶️.
    It is packed with a lot of healthy spices to give you the best of taste you will always want to use in all your cooking. Not only can you use this Suya spice on meat but of course in many dishes you desire.

    INGREDIENTS.....
    *Roasted peanut
    *Dried chilli pepper
    *Negro pepper
    *Calabash nutmeg
    *Black pepper corn
    *Cloves powder
    *Paprika powder
    *Onion powder
    *Ginger powder
    *Garlic powder
    *Seasoning powder
    *Salt...... (all these are adjustable to your preference)

    I think this is the original spice , it’s the first time I’m seeing someone use plain peanut without deep frying and it looked very similar to the once the aboki makes . Thanks will be trying out this recipe

    Hi, did you ground the pod (outside shell) of the negro pepper? Or did you crack it open and take the inside? Negro pepper maybe difficult for me to find. Can I still make the soya spice without it?

      Black pepper corn or powder is a spice widely used in the kitchen. When you go to the market just ask of the corn or powder you will get it

    Yaji is originally Nigerian, no one will dispute that. There are other ways of making it. Nice video though.
