The conversation between two important characters in the Panchayat web series has been released on Josh Talks. Durgesh Kumar and Sunita Rajwar. Both of them have talked about their journey in a very eloquent manner. Sunita Chand Rajwar is an Indian actress known for working in film, television, and stage productions. She graduated from the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, in 1997. She starred as gangster Chakli in Sanjay Khanduri's directorial debut, Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, for which she received the Max Stardust Award in 2008.Durgesh Kumar is an Indian actor who is known for his character Aadoo in the Hindi film Highway and for playing the role of Bhushan in the OTT web series Panchayat. In 2001, Durgesh came to Delhi to pursue engineering; however, after not getting success in the entrance exam test, he decided to join the theater. He did around 35 plays. And he completed his BA with honors from Ignou from 2004 to 2007. And has completed a certificate course in acting from Shri Ram Centre Performing Arts & Culture from 2004 to 2006.

In 2022, after the release of the socio-political drama show 'Panchayat 2', a meme based on one of the scenes from the show went viral on the internet. In the scene, the character of Bhushan, aka Banrakas, played by Durgesh Kumar, addressed his companion Binod, played by Ashok Pathak, "Dekh Raha Hai Na Binod." After that, he was selected for the National School of Drama, which is the most renowned acting institute in the world. And from 2008 to 2010, he learned acting skills from NSD. And received a postgraduate diploma in acting from the National School of Drama.
