Kadarius Toney looks waaaay better. Rondale catches with his body. Doesn't appear to have elite level quickness that Toney has either. I wouldn't use a pick in the first 3 rounds on him.
He was hurt so he probably gained a few pounds and wasn’t in game shape when he came back during the season...I’m sure he’s getting ready for the combine and 40...hopefully so cause his game is based of quickness.
To be honest he reminds me of a wr version Darren Sproles. Theres nobody that can compare to steve smith and his grind. Eagles might pick up this guy.. its a risk because he is small thats just the reality
