All I can say is OMG! the bottom ground is not only loose soil, but in places, a small lake. Forms are not reinforced to prevent blow out. First cement is very runny which in this case is good since they do not vibrate until several yards are poured. No OSHA or inspectors here.
The concrete and the white feet of the crane stay in the ground. If the crane is placed inside the elevator shaft the white feet will be cut off when the crane is removed. Otherwise the elevator would not have enough space to go down .
