Thanks man! i was craving this and I'm glad I found your video. My personal modifications were made with decaf pour over & Monkfruit sweetener instead of brown sugar. Came out so much better than I expected.
No one right way to do it 🤝 Will keep this in mind for those who can't have sugar. Thanks!
THANK YOUUUUUU
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Amazing, Ive been looking for a mint mojito recipe that copycats Philz, except everyone else doesn't realize how important foam and creaminess is so they just throw in milk straight. I also have an espresso machine and milk frother so I can definitely follow this. Have you tried combining the half&half with the milk in the milk frother? I feel like incorporating the half and half into the frothing process would create optimal creaminess. Great quality vid, love!
Hello Julie! I completely agree that most videos don't emphasize the creamy texture that comes with Philz. I have not tried adding half and half to the frother but will get back to you on that! Hope you enjoy the future videos!
Can you please do the Philz iced coffee rose!!! I would love to see it
@@AlexYem Looking forward to seeing that video next because we’ve been looking for a recipe.
Thank you for sharing 😊 can you show us the 🌹 coffee next ❤️
PLEASE DO THE ICED COFFEE ROSE 😭
eXXXXpresso... ughh....
This is very helpful for me man! I’m planing to build a small coffee shop here in my hometown. And I want to serve philz mint mojito to my shop. I really love that drink when I was in San Jose, Ca.
Glad you liked the recipe! Please send me the link to your cafe when it opens!
Awesome video. With the aeroccino do you find you can actually do latte art if transferring to a standard milk frothing pitcher or is the creme layer of the Nespresso coffee make it impossible? I have had little luck straight out of aeroccino.
Never could get the Nespresso Aeroccino right for latte art. I've seen videos of using a french press to froth being better. I do think transferring into another pitcher helps combine the milk well!
Ohhh how does this compare in taste. Because Philz uses pour over, right?
Honestly tastes exactly the same to me haha. Just make sure you follow the baseline of 2 tbsp brown sugar and 3/4 inch heavy cream for "sweet and creamy"!
expresso -_-
My coffee machine is arriving soon and this the the first drink I’m going to make 🥲
So update: I love my new Ninja Coffee machine and after a few times trying to make this….it’s tasting more and more like the Mint Mojito….the stores rang out of Mint so I got basil instead…that was probably why 😂 can’t wait to try it with Mint this time LOL
My question is why did you strain your coffee while u pouring it over ice? Don't need that
as someone who has worked at philz, this is not even close to how a mint mojito is made
I think it’s shaken no? And they don’t use espresso but a dark blend of coffee? Idk I’m newly obsessed with Philz which is how I came to your video. Your recipe looks good but I would have put ice in the cup first, then poured the shots over it, and then finished the way you did. Letting shots “die” in the cup while you prepare the other stuff seems like the espresso would get bitter. But I’m not an expert (I worked at Starbucks for 5 yrs not Philz 😂)
@@zane-ym1ywto educate you need to give valuable feedback. what are some of the changes that can be made?
Why not use Philz beans? They dont even make espresso. They use a chilled or room temperature pour over.
is white sugar ok?
White sugar is good but Brown Sugar built different. Go for Brown Sugar whenever you can. Trust.
I agree with Dante! White sugar will work but brown sugar is better. Has some caramel flavors/notes that white sugar doesn't have. Hope it works out!
Lmao! Hey that girl down there in the comments looks like me! Sup nay! Lool wait, it’s bc she’s my twin! 😜
Wtf is expresso
YOOOOO!!!😍 thanks for sharing! Excited to try this!
