The mechanism of many angels speaking through one angel to one person was really cool
I believe this exact thing was described by NDEr Nancy Rynes, regarding her angel.
I was struck by the power of that too, Jon. Gave me the shivers!
Years ago I was under employed and struggling. I was thinking of getting out of the construction industry and trying something else. Nothing seemed to be working for me. One day I heard a small quiet voice speaking to me just below the back of my right ear. It said “Go with what you know.” Which lead me to go back and find a job doing what I was already good at. Since then I’ve noticed my guardian angels speaking to me in the same spot in the lower right side of the back of my head. On the other hand the evil spirits that are with me sound like they are angrily shouting at me front the top and front of my head. I believe the angels speak so softly so that I can choose to listen or not in freedom. The devils want to force me to act on their ideas.

I had that happen for the first time last year. Something female sounding screamed at me ( I forget about what) at the top of its lungs.
The only other few “audible” speaking sounded neither male or female and was very soft and to the point.

That explains why I heard the warnings (someone I was close to had taken an entire bottle of prescription medication because he was trying to commit suicide -- I got help to him in time and he lived) even though I had headphones on and was listening to someone else talking while I typed what I was hearing. I heard the warning loud and clear as if I would without headphones where I was ALSO hearing the voice of the person I was typing for. Very interesting.
It came from the back of my head, that's why I thought someone was standing behind me but no one was there.

Thank You for this talk. I have had 2 experiences with angels. The first one I was at work as an RN in the Nursery. I only had 1-2 babies to care for--so I was the only Nurse. I had been praying to quit smoking for a while . But I sure wasn't thinking about that at this time---I was at work. Then suddenly I heard a voice which seemed to come from behind me--and it said for me to take my cigarettes & lighter to the next room & lay them on the table. (It was a break room). I turned my head slightly around & saw the Angel. He was quite tall , had red hair & some sort of metal? breastplate on with some sort of light colored skirt below that. I turned back around & did what he told me to do. And then I went on with my job. My babies were sleeping . I never thought about smoking at all after that. It never even came to my mind. Days later, my coworkers noticed that I had quit smoking. (I had NOT told anyone). They asked me "how" I did it. (Some of them were smokers). I told them the truth and most did not believe me & one called me a liar & was angry that I would not tell her the truth (although I had told her the absolute truth). Even now, I wonder how it was that I went on about my work & day & didn't become so awestruck that this happened to me>>seeing & hearing an angel !!!! But it really happened.
So striking, boydcreek! You may have noticed another comment here about a voice telling them to quit smoking. I love how your angel did NOT tell you to stop, just to put your stuff elsewhere. And then you were freed of the compulsion! It's also striking about how often people describe the angels they see as very tall. Thanks for sharing. Seems to me that an experience like that, that has such an immediate and real impact in your day to day life, is about as far from a lie as you can get!

This has happened a few times. The last time I was sleeping. I heard a deep urgent voice saying the devil is in your house. I woke up and found that we had been robbed. Our TV was gone. We live in South Africa so this is not unusual. But the fact that I was warned amazing.

I have had 2 experiences where I have heard, audibly, messages from spirits (once in 1987 and once after my mom died in 2016 (in both cases I was in dire straights)) and I always wondered how I was able to hear it as if it was coming to my ear externally. Mystery solved by Swedenborg and you. 👍❤
You know, I forget which episode, but I heard Curtis (or maybe it was Jonathan? 🤔) say once that Heaven will “come down” when order needs restoring. It seems God and the angels take that act of “coming down to restore order” seriously. My own experiences are often mired in a grief i am stuck in. Makes me wonder about how (literal-sense of this word:) damning something like grief can be to our own patterns?

Yes, Heaven does pour in to restore order, and it sounds like you have experienced that in a personal way. For the second angel visit >> It was many years after the first visit by another angel. My Father had died a few months earlier & my Grief was huge. It became scary for me. I can't remember what were the details that made me scared for my mentality in this grief because it is gone now. It became more of a "normal" grief , I guess you could say. But when I was worried about it during the time; I called a friend to pray for me about it. So she started the prayer and instead of praying to Jesus/God; she prayed to Arch Angel Michael. I almost stopped her in the middle of the prayer--because I was raised to not pray to any being other than Jesus/God. But I didn't want to hurt her feelings or get into an argument so I let her carry on with her short prayer. I didn't really expect anything because of who she prayed to. So later that night I went to bed & woke up in the middle of the night, sat on the side of the bed and heard a fairly loud "humming" in in my right ear. Never heard that before. I've had ear ringing before but this was different---a real humming. Then I looked in front of me and heard my name called. All it said was "Janie". And it was with No inflection--kind of like a machine saying my name OR someone at the Dr's office calling your name to come back. Then I saw this tall Angel with long white robe and with a cloak of the same color covering it. He had longish brown hair BUT the huge thing about all of this was that he was turned sideways to me--NOT facing me ! Then he was gone. I went back to sleep. When I woke up I felt like a huge burden was lifted off of me>>the Grief . I still grieved but nothing like I had been. BUT what has always bothered me was that this Angel was NOT facing me !! So when you talked about the Angels "facing towards" us--I wonder if that has "anything" to do with this experience. Thank You.
Wow, Janie. What a gift to have the heaviness of your grief lifted like that! Could it be that face-to-face would have been just too powerful to take? By being sideways, the angel could communicate something without just blowing you away? I don't know! Obviously the angel's presence was real and had a powerful effect!

I can relate to the loss of your Mom because my Mom/ BEST FRIEND. went to Heaven 11/ 11/22 ( unexpected heart failure) and I wanted a sign so badly from her,,any special communication....So,I was passing by a Goodwill store and decided to pop in Since We Were Always Doing Errands Together....and I got a VERY SPECIAL MIRACLE:
On the shelf sat a wooden block sign that had the words: I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE MY DAUGHTER 💞

This is astounding. When God spoke 50 sentences to me over four years time it made my right ear drum tickle. It even changed my hair.
I dont know what He looks like, but God never said anything terrible.
When He showed my my ascension to Heaven, it was in a beam of white light wrapped in the wings of a white winged angel. He didn't say anything to me.
Have any of you had objects literally appearing from thin air?
When i'm in deep thoughts to the Lord I get my ear drum going crazy, this happens when I am crying or in turmoil and pleading to the Lord, its kind of like a morse code threw my ear drum.

My grandma told us about how an angel visited her. The angel told her her baby [my mother] would be dead by 3. That morning [1931] my baby mothers room was filled with gas and grandma got her out. Divine intervention happens. Great job Off the Left Eye and team.

I have heard my Gardian Angle three times. It was audible but of course noone was around me. The only way I could explain how it was possible is exactly what you described.

Years ago, just before a turning point in my life I heard “You are at the beginning of the end of the winding road” At the time I interpreted as a good thing though it turned out to be a warning.

@@offTheLeftEye I was about to move from Europe to the US, so I was aware of the changes but (as most of us in denial), I thought it meant I have left the hardest part behind me. How wrong I was… have been pondering on the warning for sometime and one thing I could conclude. Angels believe in our inner strength and “see” our spiritual potentials more than we do ourselves.

I just found out about Sweden or about 2 days ago! I dreamt about a friend I consider to be my spiritual teacher 3 days ago. In this dream I saw books on the side that looked like they were tied with leather. I now believe these were Swedenborgs teachings being revealed to me as our teachers only come when we are ready. My whole life being a Christian and could not conform to all the teachings being given. I finally feel that I have been given a truth. Thank u for your videos

Dear Curtis. Thankyou.
Eve acts like a lens which split into millions of seperated lenses.
The Torah explaines that life on Earth took over and took the energy of thought for themselves. This is where Joseph is captured and exchanges all land for food which then belongs to Pharoah.
This essentially collects all thought in one place. Memory knowledge.
The memory then says Hey Im God and all thought is my mind.
God appears to show that what was taken, belongs to and was created by God.
God takes back His created thought but the self thought keeps looking back at its memory.
God tries to re educate the thought so that it alignes with God.
God needs a single point to focus His thought through.
Like our minds conscousness.
The information then feeds through the rest of the minds collected thought. This new thought is at odds with the memory because our thought has been decieved due to self only thought. Stiff necked.
To God it is like people arguing in a seperated room. He hears war and abuse and it shocks God who desires to enter the room and heal the thought by taking it over and showing the truth.
Moses name in the proto Hebrew shows that it is God's knowledge flowing through him.
When my dreams started I was shown two peoples travelling in a train. Wagons and carts in an extended line.
One was good and one was self desire. One represents Isreal and the other Judas.
We recieve information from both trains of thought.
God tries to come into our mind and re align the information we store within ourselves and believe to be true.
God re arranges the minds thought connections.
If this happens in one mind on Earth, it will pass the information to memory knowledge and be seen by others.
So as the individual opens up his mind to having his thought sacrificed to be replaced with truth, that individual becomes a re arranged thought within Earth as a whole. God then desires to re arrange everyone's thought on Earth.
Your mind is a mirror of the collected collective thought of Earth.
Parts of the collective rebels and this is seen in Numbers when elders persuade people to dismiss Moses.
They do not wish to give up independence to be part of a larger mind. They see it as slavery.
The image I was given was of a line of thought like brain neurones connecting information. God's thought lays over the top. Like light laying over the branches of a tree.
If God gets really angry the light is like lightning that destroys the tree. The thought and energy that was there is now absorbed by God's truth and so the self nolonger exists in that body of thought.
Jesus accomplishes this mind melding when he does miracles. The fish and loaves of bread are thought eaten by the crowd or the mind. They start with little information but it multiplies and is shared through Jesus. Very much like Moses.
So today is a day where I must allow thought of here to flow away so that new thought can replace old memories and beliefs. One does not wish to collect dead bits of tree wood on the sabbath.
Jesus sacrifices his Earthly mind and animalistic body si that the soul of God's making can be seen. The soul is Abel or good knowledge of God and the body is the Caine or self.
The more people who align with God thought, the quicker the world will be absorbed by Heavens true thought.
Jesus reminds us of the way forward but cannot force us.
Hence the world not changing after Jesus died.
We have been decieved into believing that God will do everything without our input via Jesus.
We have to live God's thought that we recieve via heaven.
The body might disagree.
Have you noticed how you have aligned swedenborgs knowledge.
Lots of thoughts here, Mark! I like the idea of receiving info from two different trains of thought -- goodness, and self-desire. And yes, Jesus teaches us about the way forward, but can't force us. We are in freedom to choose.

I cant remember if I have shared this story here or not, but given the topic of the video: When i was a young man, my gf at the time broke up with me. I took it pretty hard. One night, what i can only describe as a “stark white infinity” came down and upon me (side note: upon, as used in the bible is totally a good word for that sensation) and I, by merit of some strange offshoot or side room (?) to my dream space, was suddenly and lucidly in the lobby of my old high school. Everyone i knew and would ever know was there. In a state of distress i ducked out into the bathroom. A person followed me in, the whole time complaining they could not help me if i didn’t “turn to” them. And indeed as I faced away, their voice was mute and they were miming in silence, but if I acknowledged them by turning slightly to them, their volume rose like on a knob or by seemingly like a doppler effect. By the time i did, almost out of annoyance, they slumped their shoulders in a kind of fatigued relief. I only remember walking out by myself, and Im inclined to say the emotion was like a fierce, or perturbed determination? But as I exited the bathroom, the “white crisp infinity” rose up and away. I was treated then to a flipping photo album. I was allowed to know that there were pictures of my wedding in there, as well as many other good memories (though at the time I was annoyed I couldn’t see the faces). Time of Your Life by Green Day was playing with a high-definition fidelity (and, hand on the bible, its a good song but has never been a favorite of mine lol).
But yeah. One of three wild experiences in my life lol. About to be four with some of the stuff my awakening has dredged out of me lol.

We do that as alters to communicate also. The closer in proximity we get to eachother (wrap your head around proximity in the same body lol) but we can turn our focus to eachother and lower our dissociative barriers to temporarily like brush our consciousness’s and blend enough to telepathically communicate. If you ever want to discuss our perspective and the effects of our spiritual awakening as a system, just let us know. Swedenborg is actually one of the biggest fuels to our awakening, as we were incapable of understanding spirituality until we realized how similar it is to the equally hard to wrap your mind around concept of being plural consciousness’s sharing a body in DID. It was like it went from being 100% impossible to understand, into being 100% familiar

I have had many experiences through the years when I have heard spirits speaking audibly to me . Also some profound visiual experiences. It has given me an absolute assurance that we exist in spirit form .Also I have many messages recorded on my cell phone in their own voices from my mom and husband . So spirits can use technology very well also.

I've had the shivers on a couple of occasions that seemed connected to spiritual communication somehow. The spiritual world is all around us, says Swedenborg, so it's not that weird that we experience it sometimes!
My two major mystical experiences involved hearing voices: in one, there was an externally heard male voice, and in the other, there was an internally "heard" voice, distinctly not my own.
Interesting, ek. Did the voices prove to be helpful in some way?
@@offTheLeftEye Yes, tremendously so. The first time by letting me know that God was patiently waiting for my return, even though I decided to abandon Him (or so I thought). And the second time, by showing me the truth about our human nature and existence here on Earth, along with my role and purpose in life, at the time when I was lost and in despair. This entirely changed my outlook on, well, everything and saved my life.

Curtis., I had a cancer tumor in my cerebellum & I’m really not happy with that. How does something like that happen to us? it was breast cancer that was able to metastasize ( stage 4). It was missed bc it was inflammatory breast cancer. ( never a breast tumor). I realize it’s tough question. I wonder how Swedenborg would answer ?
Wow Bridget -- that a sounds like quite a challenge. Not Curtis here, but Chara, one of the team of Comment Responders. I don't know how Swedenborg would answer, or what heaven would teach him about it. One thing I can say is that this world and our bodies are subject to all kinds of physical forces, and health challenges are not an indictment of our spiritual state. The other thought that comes to mind is Swedenborg's assertion that the Lord is ALWAYS leading us toward our highest possible eternal happiness, no matter how the situation may appear. Just a couple thoughts, and I realize it's not a satisfying answer. I wish you well with the journey that is cancer, and may it inspire you to live the life you want to live in this world!

My 3 sons & I have a connection that is never false. My 1:1 interactions with random people has become an opportunity to let them know what a miracle my life has been.( I began at Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer & my medical provider offered ‘hospice’ and I refused. It’s almost 12 yrs later. Sure, I suffer. I hella suffered last summer in the hospital for 3 weeks, but there is all ways good that I see. 😊👍♥️🔥

While on earth, we're all vulnerable to physical toxins and germs and heredity. And we're also all vulnerable to the general inflow of negative spiritual forces that activate disease in the first place. During the pandemic, I began having paranormal experiences that continue to this day that I believe are from the spiritual world. However, one in particular has puzzled me. Although I have asked for clarification regarding the source of this experience,, I have not received such clarification. It happened a year ago right before I fell asleep. I felt a tap on my left forehead and actually heard a clang. And then I heard/felt an electrical current from that point across my head to my right ear. A few days later, I suffered an AFIB episode and was carried by ambulance to the ER. The whole time I was in the ambulance and in the ER, I felt I was going to be fine and was not at all concerned that I was in any danger. Could this have been a message from angels? Or something else? It was very weird!!
Weird indeed, Stephanie. We certainly can't tell you what it's all about, but we do believe that angels can communicate with us! Hope you'll be able to come to an understanding of it that feels true and useful -- and hope you're continuing to feel fine and safe!

As always another though invoking video. One comment, the last bit about many angel conversing with one that’s communicating with a human. Given the apparent need for face to face line of sight for this to occur, wouldn’t best to show the community of angels positioned more in front, facing the human communicating one? On the side, this face to face communication - through the third eye?

Have you ever heard of Enochian? the Angelic language as presented by John Dee (1527-1608/9) and Edward Kelley. I wonder if Emanuel Swedenborg read their works
I have not heard of Enochian, Sails. Interesting! Swedenborg was very well-read, I gather, but who knows whether he read Dee/Kelley. I don't recall hearing those names in my 50 years of hanging around Swedenborg scholarship, but I am by no means an expert on Swedenborg's library!
But I suppose, like Dee and Kelley, Swedenborg would say that he got this information directly from angels -- not from reading someone else's book about it.

For the last couple of weeks, several times I think my wife is coming into the room where I am. Once, I was napping in the living room and I was very close to sleep. I thought I heard her sneaking in, quietly as to not wake me. I didn't want to speak, but when I thought she had walked back to the bedroom, I told her I was awake. She didn't say anything. I got up to check, but the bedroom door was closed. When she came out later, I asked her if it was her and she said no. Could that be a spirit? (If so, hopefully from Heaven!)
I (not Curtis, but one of the Comment Response team) have had similar experiences, and I never know quite what to make of them. I usually pray for angels to come around, to help with the feeling of being a bit creeped out by it! Perhaps you'll find some meaning in it if you keep pondering on it.

Curtis talks about that as part of our "Spiritual Detoxing" episode. He uses the word "shatterings", which is another translation for "vastations." I never hear a voice, but get a thought that i know it's not mine, because it surprises me. I always thought it was the Holy Spirit guiding to get healed of my health problems that i prayed about.

Yes to the Holy Spirit guiding you, Vericac! The Holy Spirit is God working in the world, however it may manifest! But part of that can be the way the angels around you communicate with you. Swedenborg asserts that we are always surrounded by spirits, both good and not-so-good, and the good ones are trying to balance the influence of the not-so-good. Swedenborg also says that ALL our thoughts come to us from the spiritual world, but I love that you describe some of your thoughts as "surprising." Those ones get your attention, eh? Angels are with you!

Is there anything Swedenborg says about people who on earth who were mediums or psychics what happens to them in the afterlife?
Not that I can think of, khloe. He does warn about trying to contact spirits, though, because so many of the ones that respond to our seeking it are the dark spirits, wanting to mess with our lives. But I don't think he talks about their state in the afterlife.

I often feel a kind of energy with circulation activity on the top of my head so maybe that's the spiritual angel trying to attract my attention - can I ask "what do you want?" Or how is it meant to carry on the communication?
It seems to me that that is for you to discover, fantasip, in your own spiritual experiences and on your own spiritual journey. It seems that experiences like this are so individual, so unique, and I don't think there's a formula for how to respond. See what happens when you respond in various ways, perhaps. Pay attention and stay open and curious, perhaps. Look for goodness and usefulness in however you might respond. Just a few thoughts!

If we can be Angels here on Earth, why do I suck so much at it? I've tried to use discernment on when, how and why to be useful to people, but somehow I end up helping those who want to take advantage of me, and I'm afraid I may have not helped those who truly needed it. Plus, everything seems to be getting worse: The older I get, the more useless I feel or become (I mess up and make things worse instead of helping) and the less that people want my help. Is this world just too picky, or am I so selfish, that I cannot seem to be good even for charity?
So sorry you're having that kind of frustration, Juan, in your efforts to be helpful. If it keeps ending up as a negative experience, perhaps step back a bit? Maintaining a heart of goodwill to all, and just doing whatever we're doing with integrity and fairness are sometimes called "true charity" by Swedenborg -- "Honestly, justly, and faithfully" carrying out the work of our employment or occupation or daily activities. It isn't as hard to live a heaven-bound life as we think it is, says Swedenborg! Blessings to your kind heart.

That doesn't sound familiar, innerwork. He does, though, talk about how all time is PRESENT to God, that God is in all time apart from time. What did "time freezing" feel like?
I wonder if I can go back to being a baby to young adult and relearn everything from primary and high school (like math, social studies, or science or whatever) even if it ended have to be in heaven just because my youth life was terrible here on earth?

Nice video as always guys. Very inspring. I have a question - What does Swedenborg say about evil tendencies that's found in young children/minors? I vaguely remember the concept of "hereditary evil" but want to find more info about it.
Glad this video inspired you, Literature! Yes, Swedenborg learned about the concept of "hereditary evil" -- or, in newer translations, "inherited evil." The idea is that we inherit tendencies toward various evils from the generations that have gone before us. Unless we choose to love those evils and act on them, they don't become part of our true spiritual self. I would say those inherited evils don't just show up in young people. They stick with us throughout our lives, unless we work against them and God helps us overcome them. But yes, Dr. Rose used to say you can see the phenomenon in schoolyards and on playgrounds -- kids are VERY self-centered and quite often mean! It's a process we grow through, with God's love always at our core helping us navigate the tendencies.
I just tried searching for any videos we might have that expand on this idea, but came up dry. I bet Karin might have some suggestions, in which case I'll come back and give you some links! And you can always go to newchristianbiblestudy.org and search the term.

Where did Jesus say it was symbolic? Your putting word’s in Jesus’s mouth that he never said and that’s blasphemy my friend. Question why do satanists steal consecrated host’s?
