৯ম বিশ্ব সূফী সম্মেলন ১৯৯৭ ইং, সূফী সম্রাট হযরত দেওয়ানবাগী (মাঃ আঃ) হুজুর, হযরত রাসূল (সঃ)-এর সুমহান আদর্শ ও শিক্ষা তথা মোহাম্মদী ইসলাম পুনরুজ্জীবিত করে বিশ্বময় শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠার গুরুদায়িত্ব পালন করে যাচ্ছেন, তিনি হলেন মহান সংস্কারক, মোহাম্মদী ইসলামের পূনর্জীবনদানকারী সূফী সম্রাট হযরত মাহবুব-এ-খোদা দেওয়ানবাগী (মাঃ আঃ) হুজুর কেবলাজান। তাঁর শিক্ষা অনুসরণের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশসহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের কোটি কোটি মানুষ ক্বালবে আল্লাহ্র জ্বিকির জারি করে সুন্দর ও আদর্শ চরিত্রবান হয়ে আশেকে রাসূলে পরিণত হচ্ছেন।

The Sufi emperor Hazrat Dewanbagi (may Allah be pleased with him) decided to fight between Hazrat, Hazrat (SAW) -Surhman and others, who had achieved success, the end of the great God. Dewanbagi (Md. হযরত রাসূল (সঃ)-এর সুমহান আদর্শ ও শিক্ষা তথা মোহাম্মদী ইসলাম পুনরুজ্জীবিত করে বিশ্বময় শান্তি প্রতিষ্ঠার গুরুদায়িত্ব পালন করে যাচ্ছেন, তিনি হলেন মহান সংস্কারক, মোহাম্মদী ইসলামের পূনর্জীবনদানকারী সূফী সম্রাট হযরত মাহবুব-এ-খোদা দেওয়ানবাগী (মাঃ আঃ) হুজুর কেবলাজান। তাঁর শিক্ষা অনুসরণের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশসহ বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের কোটি কোটি মানুষ ক্বালবে আল্লাহ্র জ্বিকির জারি করে সুন্দর ও আদর্শ চরিত্রবান হয়ে আশেকে রাসূলে পরিণত হচ্ছেন।
Hazrat Mahbub-e-Khoda Dewanbagi (MA) Huzur Keblajan, the great reformer, the Sufi emperor who revived Mohammadi Islam, is fulfilling the responsibility of establishing world peace by reviving the noble ideals and teachings of Hazrat Rasool (SAW) i.e. Mohammadi Islam. By following his teachings, crores of people from different countries of the world including Bangladesh are becoming beautiful and ideal characters by issuing Allah's blessings and becoming Ashek Rasool.
১৯৭৫ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে তিনি তাঁর মোর্শেদের নির্দেশে সেনাবাহিনীর চাকুরীতে ইস্তফা দিয়ে মোর্শেদের দরবার শরীফে গমন করেন। ইমাম সৈয়দ আবুল ফজল সুলতান আহমত চন্দ্রপুরী (রহঃ) এর প্রধান খলিফা ও ওলামা মিশনের প্রধান হিসেবে তরীকা প্রচারের জন্য বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন জেলায় ওয়াজ মাহফিল করেন। ঐ মাহফিলগুলোতে প্রায়শঃ বিভিন্ন রকম অলৌকিক ঘটনা সংঘটিত হতো এবং তাঁর ওয়াজ শুনে মুগ্ধ হয়ে হাজার হাজার লোক তরীকায় শামিল হতেন। এমনকি বহু অমুসলিম তাঁর সাহর্চযে এসে ইসলামরে ছায়াতলে আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করেনে।
