In my own persective, as muslim, I believe that verse can't be directly from God but it just inspiration from God. the reason is, when God spoke to mosses, obviously He can't change the word of what have being said (in Quran and torah). For example, I speak to Andy directly and said to him, "Andy, my name is Jonathan and please worship me!". Abdullah Ibn Sarh CHANGED the wording of some Qur'anic verses, and Muhammad ACCEPTED those changes, so Ibn Sarh met the challenge. Today we have the "True Furqan", a book written in imitation of the Qur'an. it is so convincing that Muslims often think they are hearing the Qur'an when the True Furqan is chanted.
