She's even more impatient than Kashi is when I'm cleaning out her nest, but hey at least you didn't grab her, thinking she was part of the plant. 🤣 Oh, and it was just as funny when you dropped the scoop pan. (What did you say? "Ungraceful?" Haha I do things like that ALL the time too.) Lemon is so round and blobular, but very cute! 😂 ❤ 🍋 This video made me smile so much!!

@@englishwithashley with my little one Arlo sometimes I can grab him other times I have to sorta lay the container I’m keeping him in in frount of him and most of the time he goes In sometimes he needs a little nudge tho

Lemon , you are so huge now ! That escape made me laugh ! Have you thought about 'making ' your own eco earth? You can buy bricks for very cheap and then the substrate is moist as you use water to break up the bricks !! Just a thought !!

Awwww cute Lemon!! My son is in love with the idea on having a pacman frog, he is 8. I am still trying to talk my husband in to letting me get one for him. LOL
Beardie Momma ... Well if I’m totally honest, I wouldn’t unless you and your husband are going to be the care givers for it :) pacman frogs can live up to 15 years, and they only eat live food. Getting crickets and worms every week can be taxing & keeping crickets alive is hard! They can have a nice once in a while as adults but that shouldn’t be their only food. :) I clean their tank & feed them veggies daily, just to keep them alive for lemon. Also pacmans are aggressive so your son prob wouldn’t be the one to be able to feed it for a while Bc they have such strong bites. This is just my opinion! But again if it’s merely a pet for him to look at but understand he can’t hold, touch or play with it, and you will be feeding and cleaning it’s tank & keeping its live food alive and stocked, then YES! pacmans are awesome! 💕 thank you!!!!
My pacman frog also uses its water bowl as a toilet. It keeps the place really clean. BTW, mine also likes to use hides, like a cave or cork bark shelter.

omg lemon is gorgeous. I'm obcessed with frogs . I love when they r fat and healthy. ive had two but they didn't live long so I switched to African clawed frogs they were awesome they lived four years.

Let the tap water sit out for 24-48hrs first

Hi im interested in getting a pacman frog soon and i just wanted to ask how often should i clean the tank? Every 2 weeks or every month??
every 1-2 months as long as you’re spot cleaning the waste and dead insects you won’t have to do deep cleans that often
Great video! Though I do have a suggestion- have you thought about going bioactive? You won’t need to clean like that!
Kritterswithkelsey ... I’ve thought about it but I don’t have any experience with it, I would worry about her accidentally eating the plants when lunging so this simple setup works!

Lori’s Hartland Also- I don’t have any live plants and they aren’t needed. Basically I have a set up very similar to yours but different layers including a drainage layer, and micro fauna- little tiny crustaceans and springtails that eat the fecal matter and clean up for me.
Also how often do you change her living environment?
The sticky part is 1 time use you can slways tape the heat matt back on the side

Exo terra? I wouldn’t bc it has to be very wet and could leak from the top. There is an Exo Terra that I’m about to buy on amazon and it’s a 18x18x12 I believe bad it’s a great size!

Ahhh every time I see a video about Lemon I want a pacman frog! But the problem I have is that they eat bugs…Other wise I would definitely get one they seem so easy to care for. I want a crested gecko too since they don’t require bugs as a staple diet, so I plan to get a crested gecko this year, I have done research and plan to keep doing research, currently I am looking for a tank for the crested gecko!
Dylan _17144 I almost didn’t get one Bc of the bugs! Then I did it anyway and it’s not so bad, crickets are really easy and if I run out I always have worms for Koa anyway. Lol
i know this comment is so old but created geckos do require crickets as a part of their diet along with the smoothies. without both they won’t grow to their full potential or get their full nutritional needs

If she is a he, she will have spots on her front thumbs. I am pretty certain that she is, in fact, a she due to her size. Those spots that boys have on their thumbs are little hooks that are for holding on to females during the baby frog making dance.
