IT IS JUST....most of the character themes. Nobody is complaining about the stage themes. I love the stage themes, most of the character themes are dry, uncatchy, ungroovy, doesn't pump you up for a fight, or doesn't fit the character. There's a huge difference in quality with stage vs character themes.
Character themes are awesome too people are so kneejerk that things arent the same 30 year old themes. Then they complain online in the same place they can listen to any of the past 30 years of remixes of the old themes. With the exception of the voice sample stuff in chunlis, I love all the character themes.

I haven't been to Mexico in a few years but this definitely makes me want to visit again. This gives me Jalisco and Guanajuato vibes. Get past the medias depiction of the country, and you'll realize Mexico is a gorgeous place and its people are very welcoming.
I dont think anyone has pointed this out, but from the looks of the backround the stage itself seems to be next to that one Mexican town that had a huge crime rate until it painted its buildings various colors. The crime rate of said town IMMEDIATELY decreased after the colors were painted on! Just thought Id point that out!

This game absolutely nailed my culture, as a Mexican myself, this is the best song and the SICKEST beat of the entire game.
I have a close friend who lives in Guanajuato and I love how spot on they are with the culture for this theme.
