    CSX 104. If that number is traced to your friend and he is up for termination for letting you do that would you save him by saying you had no permission and was trespassing? Of course you will likely be prosecuted and possibly jailed. What would you do?

    • @dixielandfarms8628
      @dixielandfarms8628  Před 2 lety +4

      I opt for the 3rd option and just eliminate all chances of locomotive numbers, consist numbers, dates, and locations being traced.
      With that being said, if you think there’s a remote possibility of being tracked down, then I’d genuinely like to see just how close you really can come to finding more info on this video.
      But to answer your question, I am not a liar, I don’t tell lies. If I asked for the truth, I would give the truth. But the railroad also won’t here a peep from me unless they come to me asking questions first.

      @@dixielandfarms8628 Generally lies aren't good but there are rare times when they have to be told. An escaped convict breaks into your house ties you up and ask if there are any women in the house. Your wife and daughter are hiding in the basement. Surely you don't say "yeah...my wife and daughter are in the basement". You lie and say there are no women in the house. By the way your video certainly could be traced. All the investigators would need to do is subpoena your account records from Google and using that information get your internet provider info and get your name and address and cell phone number. Then track where your cell phone was. Just saying, when using social media and the Internet nothing is unrecoverable.

Likely at least 5 or 10 above and likely with a cell phone in hand, right? You can't go around lecturing everyone else on the legality of their actions when you break the law every day yourselves...
    Plus, many of you commenting about how illegal and terrible this is are also the same ones that will trespass on RR property, drive like assholes running each other off the road, and step into the gauge and risk your lives just to get that awesome picture of " ThE bIg BoY fOuRtY fOuRtEeN" or "sIx ElEvEn" when they come down any mainline....
