As an independent observer from Scotland, I'm sorry, my favourite pasties have been eaten in Wales. But never underestimate the formidable challenge that the fabled Forfar Bridie brings to this delicious discussion of meaty pastry-based politics. Gravy?

Pasties > pizza. I'm a westcounty boy, i could never say otherwise but honestly, pasties are brilliant, and healthy compared to any other fast food

    Oh wow
. Beef skirt, turnip, onion, Potatoe with a good dollop of butter, salt & pepper for the gravy. That is all that should be in your pasty.. also where is the crimp? Lol.. sorry but they really aren’t traditional Cornish pasties! 😜i feel we in Kernow should send you guys some proper Cornish oggies in some care packages, along with some saffron cakes and Cornish clotted cream! 👌

I'm fairly sure that "Cudighi" traces back to "cotechino", a pork sausage that's traditionally eaten on New Year's eve or Christmas in Italy.

3:43 as someone from Cornwall, Eating a pasty with a fork is criminal.
We have proper Cornish pasty’s here not an interpretation with chunks of beef, swede and potato’s (but diced not strips) in ruff pastry. We don’t use beef mince here in pasty’s.
