Who all requesting for price / cost of this machine please don't purchase this machine at all. I am facing lot of issues with this machine. Definitely you will not service if there is issue in karnataka. MS / Iron sheet whatever they have used is very low quality and my machine is completely rusted, due to this feed is getting jam inside the Machine.
I purchased 5D Machine in 2022 (Oct) and from 2023 June i started facing issue with complete rust and feed is getting blocked because for rust. Whenever i call them they tell you need to clean the machine and check the current output. If i ask for service they will tell from Hassan we need to come hence please share me the videos we will advise what to do. At last they are asking to send the Machine to there head office in Coimbatore to rectify the issue and this was not told at time of purchase and smartly they will mention in warranty card. Hence i request others not to purchase this machine at all and buy from your local sellers / Manufactures so you can get the service timely.
If anyone need proof i can share my machine condition (videos / Photos). They will take video from the customer when it is new, let them come to my place and take the video show the performance of my Machine.
