It's when I watch high level gameplay like this that I realise, I know nothing of the true strength of this combat system lol. I played the entire DLC with leviathan only though, and loved it.
I love kairos gate, but I wish that the final fight gave the other clive more attacks. I don't mind that it was the shadow clive because the kh and dmc guy both love doing fights against your character, but I wish he wasn't just a buffed ver of the one from the start of the game & had some more attacks and stuff. Just glad that the game's got a bp now, though.
I think Shadow Clive should have all the Eikon abilities with Ultima essence too. You kind of just dog walk him at this point since he only uses Ifrit.

Kairos Gate is a good content for those who enjoy FF16 combat and it allow to refight some bosses without cutscene

I like to think they used this upgraded version of Shadow Clive as the secret boss just to give us another chance to listen at Find the Flame ❤

yeah you can cancel your animation at any point in time and slowing down time for easier parry and easier dodge

the secret boss doesn’t give any special rewards. it’s only tell you that you s rank everything and fight it
