- In The Current's studio, Tash Sultana orchestrated a carefully choreographed performance of "Jungle" using numerous loops to lay down guitar tracks - starting with the basic chord progression, then moving to ornamentation, followed by a bassline. At that point, they shifted to percussion, and when all the pieces were in place, started singing to the layers of music they create. Sultana also adds some rocking guitar parts to each song, showcasing a playing style that invites comparisons to Prince.

That aside, screw people who overreact to honest mistakes with pronouns. It's very confusing and difficult to learn a new fundamental cultural structure (especially to unlearn the old one).
Also, not everyone will culturally conform to that new structure, and that's OK. Just like in some languages there are no different pronouns for different genders and we don't demand of them that they invent them. It's a cultural, language thing and how someone else addresses you is not the definition of your identity.

Just randomly surfing on CZcams has helped me discover a few amazing musicians or bands that I hadn't heard of previously. Tash Sultana is once such gem. Immense heart, spirit and talent.

I was introduced to her one day (not in person ) but on utube when the atmosphere in my home was ugly, negative, and if I wasn’t wearing earphones I wouldn’t of heard her cuz of the screaming. I was memorized by this woman and her music and her voice and lyrics- I looked at him and took my earphones off and told him to listen cuz this is a one in a million and he continued screaming- I put them back on and hit repeat all afternoon - I fell in love - and will always ride her vibration when I hear her. It’s all hers- what a soul what creative courageous talented energies she has harvested
