Such a shame. It's going to be replaced with a hideous dorm building.
Awesome to watch! Very methodical, no mucking around. That's how it's done!!
Excellent work, love the speed ups!
Dang! It didn’t take you very long. Why was this lovely house leveled?
They're clearing the way for new student housing. There are some other really cool buildings going down for this same project that I'll try to record soon.
Nice demolition !
I hate when people demolish old homes. My house is 104 years old. It's strong. It will probably last another 100 years.
Do you guys look for valuables before demolition?
Actually, we do, and sometimes you find some pretty cool stuff. I've thought about uploading some of those walkthrough videos, but I'm not sure if there'd be much interest.
@@HomeWreckerBrianI’ll watch you scout out houses before demolition.
@@HomeWreckerBrian there are a ton of people that would watch walk-through videos, myself included
Luar biasa
(This comment is not meant to disparage you or your profession at all, Home Wrecker.) It's too bad it's not cost-effective to pay workers to dismantle old structures like this. Essentially, the construction process in reverse. It's sad to see all the good, dimensional lumber that's probably old-growth, which couldn't even be obtained today, torn into pieces and chewed up by heavy equipment's teeth and tracks instead of being reused.
