Shanghai Weekday Walk - Lujiazui Financial District at Sunset - 4K HDR

This time, I am walking through the Lujiazui central area on a weekday. After exploring the Lujiazui central area, I head towards the Huangpu River to watch the sunset over the Bund. The sunset over the historic buildings of the Bund is my favorite view in Shanghai.

May I ask some questions regarding HDR production? (I own a7siii)
-which PP did you use?
-did you over-expose e.g. EV+1.0? or just EV0.0
-what did you do post-production to achieve such exposure? looks perfect

Thank you!😄 As for the color profiles, I sometimes shoot in HLG and other times in SLog. The exposure settings are determined based on the shooting location at the time. I spend some time on grading, but I often make mistakes too...

HDR production is really hard

@@yuntai I don't remember the exact exposure settings, but I changed them several times during filming. I think HDR grading feels difficult because we tend to push the brightness too much. With SDR, I don't push the brightness that far. I believe it's better not to overdo it, but every time I try to make it brighter, the results often turn out poorly😓
