Flying Trapeze Circus Birthday Party

We had a birthday party at the Dallas Circus Center and we got to train on a flying trapeze! This was Ella’s 11th birthday party and it was so much fun to do the trapeze. We learned a lot of circus tricks on the trapeze. We got to do a back flip off the trapeze. We also got to hang from our knees on the flying trapeze. Finally, the craziest circus trick that we performed on the trapeze was the catch and release. One of the workers swings on the second trapeze bar, and we hang from our knees and then he catches us and we hang onto his hands before dropping onto the net below the trapeze. #dallascircuscenter #trapeze
