Joshua ducked Wilder and Fury for 7 years. He ducked undisputed with Wilder in 2018 and then got KO'ed by fat Andy in 2019. Chisora has 12 losses on his record but he didn't duck anyone and Boxing fans still respect him
@@Anonymous-bb8mg Wilder admitted in 2020 that he turned down Joshua fight. Wilder held a belt for 5 years and never once tried to unify. Wilder then sued to stop an agreed to fight between Joshua and Fury. Stop it.
Joshua had already ducked Wilder 3 times in 2018 before that DAZN offer. In 2018, he offered Wilder $12.5 million flat fee for the undisputed fight which would have generated $100 million or more. A few weeks later, he rejected Wilder's $50 million counter offer that he had asked for himself. He gave Parker 35 percent of the fight purse but, to Wilder just a flat fee. In June 2018, Wilder accepted an improved offer of 15 million to fight him. Joshua could have made 85 million from the undisputed but he ducked Wilder one again. He did not apply for an exemption with WBA and fought his mandatory Povetkin for less than 20 million.
In 2019, Eddie tried to sign Wilder to DAZN and offered him a $100 million 2 fight deal. At that time, Wilder was already negotiating a 2 fight deal directly with team Fury. Eddie wanted to control Wilder's career and stop him from fighting Fury. Considering that Joshua wasn't even signed with DAZN and DAZN could not have guaranteed an undisputed clash with Joshua, Wilder rejected the offer. Later, DAZN apologized to Wilder for "messing up the deal". Joshua continued to stay with SKY Sports until June 2022

They are doing it for the dozens of millions they are gonna get paid. Wilder is getting old and knackered. AJ has realized Hearn lied to him and he isn't the second coming of Ali. Who else can AJ fight at the top without being a huge underdog these days? Nobody.
It is what it is. They are prizefighters. One last big payday, perhaps. I mean IF Tyson Fury actually gets in the ring with Usyk (which I doubt) and IF Tyson wins (which I doubt), then perhaps you could talk of Wilder v Fury 4 or AJ v Fury - for all the marbles - and a lot of money would be made. But do you really think AJ will ever fight Usyk again? It'd be pointless.
