I'm 46 yrs old, this was the very first cologne my grandpa gifted me, nostalgic, loved it and I'm getting him a bottle for Father's Day. I love the scent even though it's been reformulated.

I liked Halston products back then, especially Halston 1 - 12

Try Halston 1-12 too. I prefer 1-12. Both are discontinued but still in stores because there is still stock. You can get it for under $2O online. Just found your channel and subbed because you sometimes talk about old school. I love vintage. I think you may like Halston 1-12 better

Many reviews of Z-14 talk about the heavy cinnamon note. The couple of times I have sampled it, I got a lot of cinnamon. Would you say the cinnamon is dominant in your bottle?
Yeah I definitely do get some cinnamon, mostly the eugenol in it I think! (Sort of the clove-y part of the cinnamon smell!)
The Z-14 today is only s shadow of its former. However 1-12 is still similar to vintage
