    It's that time of year again when you'll probably hear at least one person make a new year's resolution about losing weight and getting healthy. "I'm going to eat clean! I'm going to go to the gym every day!" Unfortunately, more times than not this kind of motivation wanes after a couple of weeks.
    When I gained 30 pounds, I tried every diet and workout plan under the sun, and they didn't work. I even ended up gaining more weight. It took a lot of studying, researching, and experimenting until I finally found what works, and let's be real - there is no quick fix.
    No pill or surgery will help you lose weight AND keep it off. You've got to put in the work. But before putting in the work, get educated on how to best optimize your health, mind, and body with lifestyle changes.
    In this video, I share what I've learned on my weight loss journey and the steps you can take to lose weight and keep it off, the healthy way!
