എൻ്റെ ചോദ്യം ഇതാണ് പരബ്രഹ്മത്തിൽ പരമാനന്ദത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്ന ഞാൻ എന്തിനാണ് അതിൽ നിന്നു വേർപ്പെട്ട് മനുഷ്യ ജന്മം എടുത്തു പിന്നീട് പല ജന്മങ്ങൾ എടുത്തു പൂരിഫൈ ചെയ്തു വീണ്ടും പരബ്രഹ്മത്തിൽ ലയിക്കുന്നതു? (താങ്കൾക്കു തോന്നാം ഞാൻ എന്തു കൊണ്ടു ഇതു സ്വാമിയോട് ചോദിച്ചില്ലായെന്നു. ഞാൻ ചോദിച്ചു അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു എൻ്റെ ചോദ്യം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടില്ല. അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു കേട്ടാൽ മതി, അതിനിടക്കു ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ വേണ്ടായെന്നു. അതോടു കൂടി എൻ്റെ വേദാന്ത പഠനം നിന്നു. ഏകദേശം ഒന്നര കൊല്ലം ഞാൻ പോയിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് എൻ്റെ ഓർമ്മ).
ധ്യാനം നല്ലതാണ്. അതു ഏകാഗ്രതയോടു കൂടി ചെയ്താൽ. നമ്മുടെ മനസ്സിനു അപാരമായ ശക്തിവിശേഷങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട്, അതിനെ സാധനകളിൽ കൂടി സ്വായത്തമാക്കിയാൽ പലതും ചെയ്യുവാൻ പറ്റും. പക്ഷേ നമ്മളിൽ പലർക്കും അതു ചെയ്യുവാൻ സാധിക്കാറില്ലയെന്നതാണ് സത്യം.
