What is the cost price for this glass

Don't paste glass with silicon on the MS frame directly, use double side tape and fill the gaps between glass with silicon. Is it just toughen glass or toughen lamination?. Just toughen is not safe to walk. The space below the glass will get hot in direct sun.. so provide some ventilation below glass for hot air to escape. I have an exact setup like this in my house in Chennai and it's 15 yrs old. Not suitable for hot weather places.

@@hniazi Glass will transmit heat so you can't avoid area underneath getting hot. You can provide a vent below the glass for air to escape say, a small sliding window or even a exhaust fan..

Should we give space between glass & its base for passing of air & does this makes below room hot as it is glass ?

This is made already at cold place.
And there is a difference of 25 feet between room and glass.

You need ventilation below glass for hot air to escape to avoid heating up the room and winter.. you will see a lot of condensation underside of the glass.
