STUNNING! I simply adore CPE BACH'S wonderful and unique style of music. A big thank you to the orchestra and conductor for this superb performance. All VERY creative and caught the very ESSENCE of Bach's unique music.

Such comments are inaccurate, misleading and unhelpful.
What is true is that they both contributed - in very differing ways - to the development of the Classical style.

The problem is that Marcon is using twice to three times as many strings as C.P.E. Bach had available to him, envisioned or written for. It's hard to get an elephant to cavort.
