I have a 22 commander xtp. I ride lots of slow technical trails, ruts, rocks, off camber stuff. I kept both sway bars installed my first year. Began disconnecting the front sway bar for trips, it was a big improvement. I was always nervous to disconnect the rear also, and man am I sorry that I didn’t start sooner. It is WAY more stable, predictable, and keeps great contact. No exaduration, you probably would have had all 4 wheels contacting the ground through most of this video. Completely eliminated the teeter totter moments for me. I definitely notice in the higher speed turns, but it doesn’t feel out of control or unstable. To me, it’s worth slowing down a little for the articulation.
I really like the new commander but the prices are getting stupid now . I will hold on to my 2017 for a few more years . Are you happy with your lift and tires? It’s on my list of upgrades.
Another great video I hope to get up to Canada I would love to go on a ride with you, Michigan isn’t to far away hopefully next summer that’s my plans anyway. As of now I have a group of four rigs shooting for six to make it interesting
Tell you Dad those 5150 whips and front lights are very nice ! I was thinking of getting my front mustache like that but I think my front bumper covers it. Are his whips 2 or 3 footers?
Commander outdoors, I have a 2013 commander and the 2022 commander I’m partial to commanders too. Lol I have the 2” shock lift on my 2013. What type of lift is on your commander? Would 30” fit on mine or do I need a different lift kit.
something in the front suspension of that OG dont look right, especially passenger side, tire looks lose sometimes. Maybe worn tie rods or a-arm bushings.
Hilarious that the 'woman measurements' are off by about 300%. Is that right? 7or8' drop called a 20' drop? Ok maybe not 300%. I think someone has a 'special' tape measure. Is that so you can tell her that the pp is 9"?😂 Still a good video. Too much crappy music but all in all a good video.
Second commander made everything look smooth
Very nice video, and both Commanders did very well!

Looks like an awesome ride! Gotta make this one next year
Those were some nice trails! Good video.
Now that looked like a great time, I haven't done 91 but enjoyed 90 and 97 for sure.
🏆🏆🏆👍🇺🇲🙏
Thank you for sharing
does the xtp have pretty heave vibration in the steering and make a slight noise when its in awd?
Went there last year on the exact trail.. that spot you had to by-pass was sooooo deeeep..
We passed a lifted jeep on the way out, and he hit the one hole we bypassed…water over his doors and swamped his jeep. Fricken nightmare
@@CommanderOutdoors people are nutz
Who made the chainsaw holder you have mounted on the blue SLS

He has the 3 footers just make sure you remember you have them on the machine before pulling it in your enclosed trailer…. We had an incident lol
@@CommanderOutdoors Done that about 3 times backing mine into garage. 🙂
Just bought a Commander XT and looking for something to hold guns while I'm out hunting, wondering if you have any recommendations?
Cheers
The Linq Gun boot made by BRP is actually pretty great
Digging those whips on your Dads XT-P. What length are they?
3 feet
Where is a good place to park and unload for this trail system??
Do you have the extended trailing arms on your gen 1 commander?
No I do not

2.5” bracket lift from super atv
Thanks, I think that’s one I ordered.
Did you have to to do anything with the front to fit the 30's?
No the 30s fit with no changes the xtp actully comes with 30s from the factory
@@CommanderOutdoors I meant on your machine
@@mikea4074 no the front fit with no trimming after the lift
That thing needs power steering, looks like wheel almost got jerked out of your hands
Is the xtp front sway bar disconnected
Nope. The old boy driving it is a pussy and won’t do anything drastic
One thing I would really like about that trail.......no people
My brother and I go on weekdays cuz for us we work Sat and there is literally no one ever.. mint!

you need to remove the front sway bars on that XTP
I did on my XMR and what a difference it made.
Looks like your front weels wobble alot just saying

I spoke too soon. Way too much crappy music. Unwatchable.
