I actually did dig Maud in her focused episodes. She's such an anti-MLP character, the energy and comedy just bounces off her like some sort of anti-magic shield.

The best part about her character is that she is an ACTUAL good big sister to Pinkie. Like she couldn't be any further from Pinkie Pie but she genuinely loves and supports her in a way you don't see from a lot of family members in media that its oddly wholesome. Also she's just perfect for comedy because she's so deadpan in her responses.

Part of me wishes we'd gotten a character who fills this role, but more in a Frank Grimes kind of way.

Fluttershy definitely would have anxiety, Rainbow Dash has ADHD, Twilight has OCPD, Pinkie I feel like reads as the acute mania part of bipolar disorder, Applejack would suffer from Self defeating Personality Disorder, Rarity would have HPD
(note: I just looked up mlp disorders and typed which headcannons I thought fit)
Edit: I had SPD for Apple jack and I realized it could get confusing with sensory processing disorder
