@@KarlismiSN clearly you didnt watch the video: 1:18 you can pay to get ingame currency which will also give you the ability to buy the ingame money which lets you place stuff, which will let you get an advantage easily, its literally double pay 2 win, you pay to get ingame currency, then with that ingame currency you can buy money that lets you place down towers and it can give you a higher advantage, especially in pvp if you can send enemies over to the other person's side

You should try Retro tds. It's currently still in pre-alpha so there is only minigunner owtlaw, farm, sniper, scout solider, and of course, the john tower. However it's getting updated every few days or so adding new towers, fixing bugs, etc. Even though there isn't much gameplay it's a huge wave of nostalgia. Seeing how it's getting updated constantly it might enter beta soon and from there it's only a matter of time until it is full launch. If you're not gonna play it, keep it in mind it might be cooler later.

some maps also give more rng for certain bosses, like crystal =- more chronos, and some bossses are annoying af
