It's at the Kilima fairgrounds! You can get there from the fast travel in Kilima, or leave your plot and head towards where Einar fishes, Face the lake there, and head to your left. There is an entrance at the edge of the map. :) They also show where it is in the events page!
Sorry about that, the event is over now! However, anytime there is an event in the game you can find out how to get to it by using your events tab! Open your main menu and click on 'events' to get there. Somewhere on the page there is always a map to click on! I look forward to running into ya at the next one! :)@@fradesjo
