problem is over exposure. opponent knows our weakness. dependent on 3 players to win a series. injuries caused by overuse of player. but benefits more jobs and profit.
One thing that BCCI should make sure that no foreign players play in IPL , no foreign coaches should be there for IPL teams, no of IPL matches should be made less, make IPL after or very before icc tournaments or make IPL Periodically like world cup(a gap of 2-5 years). Players- players like virat, rohit other capped players should play very less IPL matches and they can play ranji trophy, the young generations should be given more chances in IPL....
Why not make separate teams for all format India can easily use that with players like kohli only to be allowed for all format, it will solve overexposure and also maintain the quality. It will also give some value to performance to ranji and other tournaments.

main problem -bcci selecting players from ipl in test and odi team if player is performing well in long format,,still he have to prove him in IPL and many gems we lost in these type of selection process as england team have mostly diff player in all formate and fore same player there is a no same batting order but in india if gill is opening in T20 than he will play as opner in all format also indian players are looking in overloaded pressure due to social media(expectation)
Team selection sucks, If a player plays exceptionally well in a single match( example rinku Singh - no hate he needs more experience to get into Indian team) they straight give him chance to Indian team. Players perform badly but they are given 100 chances.. example kl rahul Good potential players like Sanju Samson and yashaswi jaiswal not given any proper chance in Indian team.. Indian team selection is 60 percent based on IPL, which is really bad.
BCCI has done mistake allowing to create alternative t-20 format with other franchise like CSK, MI, ROYALS, KKR, ETC in different countries like SL, SA, WI, USA & others. Sad part of story is that Pakistanis are enjoying this vacuum created due to restrictions on players by BCCI to play foreign leauges. I think BCCI should allow Indians to play cricket everywhere. We have a huge pool of cricketers and we have to give them more space and platform in various ways.

Players- players like virat, rohit other capped players should play very less IPL matches and they can play ranji trophy, the young generations should be given more chances in IPL....

BCCI has done mistake allowing to create alternative t-20 format with other franchise like CSK, MI, ROYALS, KKR, ETC in different countries like SL, SA, WI, USA & others.
Sad part of story is that Pakistanis are enjoying this vacuum created due to restrictions on players by BCCI to play foreign leauges.
I think BCCI should allow Indians to play cricket everywhere. We have a huge pool of cricketers and we have to give them more space and platform in various ways.
