Deadly stuff
Forgive me but I'm just starting out. You said "A minor" and I was trying to get my head around that (I know just enough music theory to be dangerous). I see this as E minor, with a flattened 7th (on a D whistle) C (T2 and T3 covered). If it was A minor you'd have to play F instead of F# in the second and fourth bar.
Am I missing something? So confused...
It's a rattlin' tune though, so thank you.
A Dorian minor then probably. Same notes a G major but the ‘focus’ (for want of a better word) is around the A.
