⁠@@Muffinman2135they def don’t use Velcro. It’s a little trick where you line up racket parallel with the ball and as the ball comes you start angling the racket so the racket acts like a ramp and slows it down. This guy does it incredibly well.

Not a new sport back in the late 80s early 90s we were playing this in gym class in high school... And even then it was taken from some other time , My gym teacher used to play this back in the 60s .. It made the girls and boys on a pretty equal playing field .. Very fun to play
